I've been deeply committed to developing each and every muscle that is involved in punching and kicking. I firmly believe cultivat- ing a body like Bruce Lee is Vital to gaining PEEK performance. Intensely developed musculature is a Must! But NOT Bulk! Then comes Reflexes---Then comes Speed, and finally...POWER. Of course, Flexibility Must be achieved as well.
