    Thanks for your valuable informations and Tips, your commitment towards our society is highly appreciated. I have the problems of insomnia and consulted a neuroligist. He told me that insominia to be treated for long, and he precribed zolfresh 10 mg. oneday I skiped the medicine, on that I lost the entire sleep. My problem earlier was sleep maintenance. I used to wake up at 3pm and cannot sleep after that, so i suffered fatigue during day time. After I consult another doctor who precribed mirtazine 7.5 mg along with meltonin 3mg. Now I am following this medication and getting sleep about 6 hours sir
