Great that Patrick got enough votes to do another property tour. He should do them every so often. Not replacing Dominic obviously. The houses styling is warm and modern and the views are great. Luckily the balconies are nice and wide so you can move larger objects from room to room or bring new objects in because the hall ways are very narrow. Other than that the house is really nice. Great video guys.

Ah yes, Villa F28 of Vitae Villas. This one, unfortunately, is indeed already sold! I suppose this explains why no price was mentioned. Those guys have some interesting houses. I really like their integration with nature, natural materials and comfortable palette. Modern houses, but still homey.

Was surprised by the intro tune, quite like it. The first thing I would do is redo the main bathroom. It's giving me communist Yugoslavia vibes, thanks but I've seen enough of those for several lifetimes. Loved the view, just wow. Very nice home if you like small homes. This one is not bad, but I think what makes it look like the '60s is the wood the tiles are fine, but the wood is what makes it more 60s in the '60s they really went heavy on the wood look, I grew up in a 60s home. 1974, my Mom and stepdad bought a house that was built in the '60s I was 5 years old then. The whole house was pink except the bathroom, which was purple. I love the older homes over the new ones. There is better heating in them, I think, but that is just me. Hi Patrick, I can not wait to see you in a video again, and thank you for making my week I am shy, so I hope that what I say is ok I really would feel bad if I offended anyone I do try and be nice, kind, and honest. For me, it is work and Home, and I can not afford anything else it is hard to find a guy who is open and honest with you, so I just stopped looking.
Villa f28 was my big favorite from the current Vitae villas offer. They started at 3 million, apparently sold for 3.75 million. Very nice, but the privacy is missing - you can be seen directly from the road. Which is the only, but absolutely essential minus for me. Presentation as always nice :)

Fantastic modern architecture, very California inspired. But the lack of a basement is really bad, would have made an excellent area of a games room/cinema/spa/guest bedroom.
Feels cramped. Didn’t get a full tour. Doesn’t have the amenities expected, however without knowing the price who knows what to expect. The master bathroom tiles look cheap. The architectural style and view are good, though.
Horrible design. Small bedrooms with no good place for tv’s neither in the living room. All over too much dark wood and you have to walk half a kilometer to get from the sunbeds to the pool. Sorry this is not for me. :)
