Pity... besides these things, it does have some things going for it. That toilet with the glass door is actually really nice, so change the door. The pool is lovely, as long as you don't mind being hit by golf balls. And the rooftop terrace is indeed amazing. Very well presented guys, but I want to point out 2 things: would be cool if you could show and/or mention the specs of the house in the video, plus regularly you guys are talking at the same time, which makes it difficult to follow, but oh well 😉 😅

Sorry chaps but this boutique developer didn't place the front door correctly. Pause at 2:02 and you see light coming through under the front door. I get that southern Spain has an amazing climate however if you want to keep your energy bills down, even the rich need some good insulation.

A very nice villa except for the master bedroom. Who wants toilet doors you can see through and a wash basin as long as a swimming pool. I don't mind that the outside area is small and actually prefer the roof terrace. But that master bedroom would be a deal breaker for me. Looking forward to your next tour.
Oh! I knew it! If I wait long enough the Marbella Carport Virus will strike again. After the carport I couldn't hold my horses anymore and let them run......onto the golf course.
No neighbours on the left but direct neighbours on the right that can look directly on your rooftop etc. Also with front row at a golf course means no privacy. Weird design choice, no inside staircase from the laundry room to upstairs? so you have to go outside first? what if it rains... does not happen much but still. Also did i miss a sink to wash your hands in the master bedroom toilet room? I almost forgot the cheap looking wall at 1.22 min at the entrance. I believe i saw a pizza oven below the BBQ, that is nice. But no door handles on the fridges looks great but day to day use not practical at all. And did i see it correctly that you have to open the fridge door to open the freezer door? For the rest i love the textures on the walls. I did see some lines in the wall paper but still looks good. Big pool to make laps in. In all not a house i would buy despite some very nice looks. And no garage like someone mentioned before, that sux.

I like the golf course view and the rooftop is OK. I dislike just about everything else about this house. Location on the golf course seems to be the landing area for hooked drives. Master bedroom right at the front door to house. Have to walk through bathroom to get to master. Additional 3 rooms are all lacking and their repetitive identical outdoor areas are silly. Living room TV viewing area is crowded, additional potential TV area in basement is crowded. Back yard terrace area is crowded. Back yard is lacking. No sauna, no garage. It seems like the architect's first draft which needed a lot of work and revision.
Again a beautiful presentation - but this property would have deserved a more capable architect. Location - good, implementation - satisfactory, a pity.

Who designed this house? Access to master bedroom is from the entryway, with a door that matches the powder room door. Half your guests are going to enter the master bedroom looking for the powder room. And the toilet for the master is right at the bathroom entry in a glass walled booth. Just what I want to see when I enter my bedroom. And that bedroom is pretty small for such a big house. The laundry room and office are in the basement only accessible from the outside? This is an atrocious design. Fun tour helped expose these flaws. Thanks.
The house was very well presented in typical MAROBROTHERS style, but the house itself sucks! Absolutely overpriced. Los Naranjos golf course is quite far up so you have to drive a little to get to Puerto Banus. Plot is small. I don't mind golf course front line plots as it gives you a view and a feel of airiness. The rooftop is nice, but I doubt it is going to be used. Who carries all the plates and food up and down with no elevator? I am sure this house will cost the developer a lot of interest as it will sit on the market forever....
seems totally overpriced, no point to look for anything in Marbella anymore.... hence what would be somewhat decent neighborhood with more reasonable pricing along this stretch of coastline?
For that price not even a proper roof to protect your car from the elements is a crime.
