I got ACL partial tear in my right leg knee. It’s been 2 years still I’m having the pain. It’s too uncomfort while sleeping, sitting in chair, and riding bike etc.. I really wanted to cure it as fast as possible but it’s not healing.. my area doctors said me to perform physiotheraphy but equipment is not available here so I join gym and perform leg exercises there but it’s not healing and yes m not regular in gym.

I have met with an accident one month before however I am still having pain while putting pressure on my foot palms. I have it tested through MRI. Report says that- 1. My 7 month baby ACL PROBLEM hai kya karu sir please suggestion
Dear Sir, I am an Ex-Serviceman, I was good in running, this incident took place in the year 2005 (May/June). While running I felt a tear in my left knee. My MRI report is as follows: Grade 1 tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus with contusion of lateral fibers of left knee.
Doctors suggest me that no need of any surgery, do physiotherapy, take rest, do light work, continue with light physical work and take precautions in eating also so that don't gain too much weight.
Except physiotherapy, no other treatment was given or suggested.
I tried to do accordingly. After few months, though I was able to walk but I was suffering with the pain and still feeling the pain and nowadays it is paining too much. Is it austio arthritis?
After that incident, I stopped running totally.
Today I saw this video, is it possible now for the PRP injection treatment?

Excuse me sir 2 months ago I got sprain in my knee ligament. That time there was little pain and swelling for 3 days and after one week my knee felt like before. I didn't got check up. After 2 weeks of rest I started my running cause I have been running for long time. But few days ago during workout again I felt some pain this time got check up but there was proper result . Doctor didn't find problem in my ligament may be because of only sprain in ligament. Haven't got MRI . I have been resting it has been few days my swelling is gone and pain too. How much should I take rest or something else is needed so that I don't get this problem again. Please help me .
