    When you were looking for the word to describe the buildings around 15:00 I think it was modern. That is how we describe those kinds of buildings in America at least. It was all so beautiful though, thank you for this video Miss Josey!

    WoW! This is the nice area of Kampala. You should compare and contrast it with Nakulogo wambisi near the Olam Industrial estate…. Quite the opposite! Amazing how different it can be in the same city.

    Wow Miss Josey, that’s even pricey for just the land (sloping, to boot!) for most US real estate outside of central city cores and the most exclusive enclaves. That better include water/sewer, electricity, cable/internet… and even a servant or two! Beautiful Uganda and great content as always😊!

    I love the town area as well as the neighborhood near Acacia mall, even been to Kamocha.... Kampala is really beautiful and has some of the best best resorts like Munyono, Kazi and very good restaurants like cafe Javas, Salt & Meza to name a few.👍

    The bottle of water, 3000 = .79 USD (So I guess that was an overpriced restaurant)

      Thanks for promoting the affluent area of Muyenga . The tarmac roads make the area attractive. You visited some restaurants but didn't mention the names nor did you display some of the street names!

    700 usd would give you like a very small appartment in bavaria, 50-70 m2 maybe but only in rural areas in cities its min. +50%

    $600.000 for an acre would be expensive USA too. But $700 rental for a house is not....A house in San Francisco could rent for $5000 easy ...depending on size and location...Muyenga looks really nice

    The very same thing I've seen everywhere in different wealthy African communities. The disparities are appalling. Gated and barbed wire homes with terrible infrastructure. The restaurant you ate at was guarded by someone with a rifle. Really? The guard was rude and I'm guessing you didn't actually eat anything because asked you to leave because you were filming.

It looks beautiful there, and by the looks of it, I would enjoy it there more than in California. I live in San Francisco, and the place you showed in the video looks like a paradise compared to SF.

    Must be Ugandan Shillings, a friend got a house on the beach in Dar Es Salem 3000 sq ft for $300,000.00. The nicest new development in Rawanda is about $250,000.00
