New colour trends is grey mix blue/green so both are right, it's blue grey.
I saw a news program that said women see more saturation then men. They put a picture of grass on the tv then turned the saturation up while they were talking. My dad had no idea they had done it while me, my sister, and my mother saw it happen.

At first it sort of looked like a light grey but once the house was painted it sure looks blue.

I agree, to me Christina not saying she isn't good at what she do but not a very good Interior designer she does the same thing to every houses, need to come up with a new design & color in my opinion every houses does not need to be modern in order to sell 🤷🏽♂️

They probably have taxes, contractor costs and other costs they need to pay before they get their cut. I'm not sure about that but it's a guess
its california and they got a divorce , with 2 kids in private schools and 2 separate households.

@@Bird1964 I think the contractor costs are part of the rehab budget, and taxes should be part of the closing costs. I could be mistaken, though. I've never bought a house but I watch a lot of these shows. I like Mark Ferguson InvestFourMore here on TH-cam, he breaks down all the costs for his flips.
@Lee Bailor Taylor is 12, Brayden is 6. They'll be 23 and 7 this year. They were both in Tarek and Heather's wedding and Tay looked beautiful. I hope this is the best one and last marriage for Tarek. Christina is engaged again with Josh. Hopefully she's found her best too. I wish both families the very best.

I've heard them talk about it a few times. I remember remediation for one and another they just put drywall over it
Very few "popcorn" ceilings in SoCal have significant amounts of asbestos. They are usually perlite (a non-asbestos mineral).

I wonder what tile designs will be next to showcase interior design in 2022? Not a fan of the 70's tile design. It's an artsy look and many do like it. Thank you for saying gosh btw. How about flipping in Palm Springs? Houses are selling before going on the MLS in the desert and posting pending same day. Realtors and buyers would flock to your open house.

It’s crazy that all these old houses had so many walls back then, I don’t know why this was such a thing back in the day.
so you could cook in peace without the husband or family being disturbed, also to block the smell. Also so the woman could just wear the apron and get dirty without having the family to guests see. Another reason is so the women could move off to the kitchen and talk without everyone in the entire house hearing. Try having two separate conversations in that one area.

Wishing it was true but they destroy and throw. They could refinish but they're always doing the same decoration, cheap MDF cabinets just to make it look modern contemporary whatever you want to call it and they call it a renovation. And that's not a renovation that's a destruction all the houses are designed and decorated the same exact way there's no change in the design there's no change in the color everything is gray or black and white. It would be nice to actually restore an old house to its original heritage by restoring the cabinets by updating and refacing but not destroying.
She was a good designer but emasculated Tarek.
