Thanks man your video helped me fix my sons jetson magma. The bolt was also loose and then the plastic was broken where the four screws mount the bracket of the axle mounts in the housing. We just used longer wood screws instead. works great now.
Thanks! That is exactly what was wrong with ours. We ended up having to use flat tipped eyebrow tweezers to hold the nut because we couldn't get a tool in the tube. 🤪 Here's hoping we got it tight enough!

Within the first day (2 minutes!) we had an issue with a rattling and violent shaking like this. They didn't even want the board back and are sending us a new one. I'm taking it apart now and it turns out the plastic clip on one of the sides of the battery was broken. I also further found out the wheel on one side is lopsided. I've been attempting to take off the tire but still no luck. Currently. Terrible QA!
Did you by chance end up find out how to fix the black hoverboard your son had because mine is doing the same thing as the black one is and I don’t know how to fix it.
i have the same problem man , i think they glued the screws . , i had jetson Lithio x hoverboard the moment i unscrewed the case , the screw cap was damaged , they delibrately dont want people to open or temper with their boards

I had to pull this one apart again. This time I applied some thread lock compound on the threads.

No. we returned it...but I'd guess it was probably this same issue, but when the nut came loose, it caused some other issue or broke something inside.
I wanna do this without taking it apart :(
