Good info. I recently increased distance (up to about 50k per week) find my achilles are sore. Running for about 4 years and really the first time that I experienced this. Took two weeks off felt fine but sore again once I started up again. Not horrible pain that stops me from running (when I run feels fine) just feels tight when I wake up? Any advice?
good routine but that last exercise is not a hip hike. That is just a modified step up, a hip hike you need to see your leg stiff an just move from the hip in a hitching pattern.
Excellent exercisesOnly when I do the donkey kick my hips don't go up straight. The hips are raised but there is an outward turn of the hips. They are raised not straight as in the video but slight crossed. Why is that

How often a week do I need to do this cycle? On resting days, or on the days I go running? Can I combine this with existing exercises like squats and lunges?
Larissa Richards , look for my IT band stretch on youtube , it helped me no end , the one where a man has his leg on work surface , do this stretch b4 during and after your run to ease pain and it will vanish after a while but keep doing stretch b4 and after yr runs , good luck , also check your running shoes for wear

Exercises look great but the Audio variations are killing me! PLEASE FIX THIS (easily done with Adobe)
