Mahadev Hingne , Peshwa's vakil in Delhi darbar had reported his death. He got a stroke bcz of high fever. That was the reason of his death. In the 4 months, Bajirao did many things that were not shown in the film. So he died of the grief- is not the truth. Think why, he did not do anything to take Mastani out of housearrest? Was it not possible for him? What is your guess?
