What got me is that why the 5 minutes of musical and Beetlejuice saying i should of go married in Vegas. Beetlejuice was ok but reserved and sanitized a bit. I do think he is the best actor out there, but this movie. Oh man
I was so pissed off when they ended with the zombie woman in like 1 minute. They were building towards the moment she meets Beetlejuice and just don't do anything about it
I feel like they wanted that to be the main plot and then a bunch of other stuff got in the way. She was a cool character which made her mishandling worse. Thanks for watching!

I loved ghostbusters frozen empire and loved beetlejuice 2
spot on, exactly how i felt as well. i just felt annoyed for most of it and wanted it to end.
the movie was terribly written, Tim Burton has no ability to tell coherent stories.... all he does is aesthetic. Movie is an abomination, and I love the first and Edward Scissorhands.
My love for Tim Burton went out a long time ago. He’s been increasingly style over substance a lot in recent years. I think his writing reached its peak with Big Fish
@@thepunkotakuscribe Thats the thing he didn't write it, thats an adapted novel. Any coherent story telling comes from other people. Beetlejuice 1 was also an adapted script. Danny Elfman is more Tim Burton than Tim Burton. He gets credit for the work of other people. Nightmare before Christmas is a perfect example of his entire career. The movie seriously pissed me off, I think people are denial about how terrible it actually is.
I don’t think the movie was good, but somehow I still enjoyed it. I even saw it a second time as long as you’re able to turn off your brain it wasn’t that bad. I stopped critically analyzing it and just enjoyed the universe.

Went to see it with the family. I fell asleep. It was very annoying and boring. The family said they liked it.
I thought the story was horrible and there was too much going on. I didn't like Michael Keaton performance. Not great. Overall, I'll never watch the movie again.

Everyone minus Ortega was overacting. It also was way more “goofy” than the first one.
It's sucked. Very boring. I absolutely loved the 1980'S movie.
