Being confident as a model is very important. Confidence is one of the first things people notice about you in the modeling industry. Both male and female models are constant judged based on their appearence by agencies, casting directors, designers, photographers and other clients. In this video Fashion Model Dey shares some tips on how to be more confident.

How to be confident. First step stop watching those youtube video you don t need them. You don t need nothing, you already have what you need inside you. Second step: LIVE IN THE PRESENT. The only thing that you lose when you think to much or when you die is the PRESENT. Present is the key, is who you really are, LIVE EVERY SECOND OF YOUR LIFE, whith confidence or not, doesent matter to much. Is simple to be confident: tell yourself every time, speak with you: i trust me, i am confident....and you will be . YOU ARE WHAT YOU THINK, because with thoughts we creeate the world. Belive me, just LIVE IN PRESENT and you will discover much more than confidence.
In some situation you have confidence, in others situation you don t have and that is only because you don t know to use it, but is there, you have it. Be your own GOD, be ...YOU. Speak with yourself, deceide with yourself, laugh with yourself, BE GOOD WITH YOURSELF, tell yourself what you want to become, belive it.....and this is how it will be. IF you live in the Presence you discover that you don t need nobady and nothing but you connect with everythink, you will see the reality--> here is the problem, you will not dreeam anymore with open eyes to imposible thinghs. People likes dreaming, reality is bad for many of us. Good news is that you put your thaughts, your imagination to work for the only think that matters for you in this life:YOU. YOUR SELF.

Your videos are always so helpful! I want to be a lifestyle model but living in the midwest there isn't a ton of agencies to choose from without travelling far. I ought to up my level to catch one their attentions!

Heyyy i went to casting call last sunday and i gor selected
So im a new model
I am someone really shy
I was feeling really insecure and nervous because there were a lot of other model
My test shoot went bad because i was nervous
My poses were really bad and my headshots too
And the photographer didnt give a any direction so it was awkward

mariam g.w practice your poses and angles in the mirror first. Find that one post you can always pull first. Search up different poses and practice those . Find also your best side as a confidence starter. Love yourself and what you see physically and appreciate yourself, complement yourself so that boots you’re confidence. Practice with your camera on self timer to get your poses ! You can do this ❤️❤️❤️

How do I deal with acne when I’m tying to become a model ? It’s not bad it’s just dark marks and I’ve had one agency tell me your face will not sell with those marks on your face go to a dermatologist. I will not be able to go to a derm until a month or two. And tips ?
Yes, there are so many acne remedies and products you can use to help clear your skin. I mention some of them in my ebook. You can also try tumeric, honey, face mask to help clear the dark stops
Dey said she was wearing a tinted moisturizer and smash box, but I was wondering do you wear makeup for a casting or even for a booking?
For castings and open calls and any agency visits she does a tinted SPF-once you’ve booked the job you arrive bare faced unless otherwise specified because Hair and Makeup will do all the work

When you get to the end of the runway turn your body slightly while still looking into the camera in the direction you're turning in and try and hold eye contact with the camera or a certain point straight ahead of you or slightly upward all while turning, keep your stare strong a and just before actually turning and heading back, visualise the runway behind you to ensure you turn and start walking in a straight line also to not trip up.
