Hello . Everyone's opinion on this is Super valuable.Im in a modeling agency for nearly 3,5 months and my agency tells me twice or 3 times per month to go to castings with 17 more girls .. Which makes it even more unlike that I'm being selected ,so my chances are 1/100 ..Is it normal ?should i change agency? Any tips to get my first job ? (Btw they don't choose us based in our skills but from our lookbook )

My biggest problem - which I'm really starting to despair of - is the typical serious sexy model face and expression in the eyes. Whenever I look seriously into the camera, I don't look good and you can't see a strong expression in my eyes. But as soon as I smile or show other emotions, for example, my eyes get a direct expression and I look good. But to model you need a serious look and I just don't know what to do because my eyes show nothing special and no expression. Maybe you can help me 🙏🫣
