Firefighter Shows His 5-Year-Old Adopted Daughter Ambulance Where She Was Born

- Marc and Gracie Hadden recently returned to the unusual place where their special daddy-daughter bond first took hold, the back of the ambulance where she was born. Their story began in November 2011 when Hadden, then a firefighter and EMT, was responding to a 911 call about a woman with severe abdominal pain. They arrived to find the woman was pregnant, and Hadden helped deliver a baby girl in the back of his ambulance. Within 48 hours, he adopted the baby girl, and the Haddens went from a family of four to a family of five. #InsideEdition

It is. It gives them perspective on it and helps them realize just how special it is when 1 parent doesn't want you but another desperately does want you.

What an amazing story. When the girl said "My daddy delivered me", what a heart melting moment. It takes a real man to take on the responsibility of bringing up somebody else's kid. A massive well done to him, thanks to him that cute little girl will be happy and grow up in a loving family. It's so refreshing to hear a story like this at a time when you hear of kids being hurt and abused by their adoptive parents. My faith in humanity restored.

My dad and his friend helped deliver a baby about 2 blocks away from the fire station.
This made my day a lot better, some people dislike adoption, I don't know why
I was adopted some people in my school bully me cause they think I'm weird but I have a bad past

Juniana Kravitz I think this is the same story where the mother had an unplanned pregnancy, and the EMT adopted the child. She just wasn't prepared and couldn't raise a child, so she just gave her up for adoption.
It said on the 911 call that the mother had some type of pain
my friend was adopted when he was 1 day old in 2009 & now he is 15 years old looking after his family like a true dad
