    Wow, that Africa American woman should be ashamed of herself for displaying such ignorance and blunt sexism.

      +Joseph Bishop Say that again... She couldn't even speak on why she should be president other than the fact that she's a woman...

      +LA CHRONICLES exactly. It makes me sad to see so many support Clinton based on her last name and the fact she is a female. She is proud that HK, a war criminal, said she's done a good job!!! Uh, come on America....we can do better.

      +Joseph Bishop How do you know she's from Africa?

      @CareFreeCommuting 8 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      TheSilverApe Right on. Bertha is her name. So in my opinion Bertha should be ashamed because her only argument is as a woman she is complex...uh...okay, who isn't ans what does that have to do with the issues that have been brought up?

    • @joeya5438
      @joeya5438 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +TheSilverApe Because The term African American refers to someone who is American and of African descent. If your question is how does he know she is of African descent, that's pretty simple, it's her dark complexion and facial characteristics. I hope I cleared that up for you.

    What a disappointment to hear the rationalizations of a venerable activist like Ms. Lewis. Would she have voted for Margaret Thatcher in Britain? or Christina de Kirchner in Argentina? Would she vote for Carly Fiorina now? Is the United States better off with Nikki Haley in SC; Jan Brewer in AZ; Sarah Palin in AK? Meanwhile, as a gay man, if Lindsay Graham or Rand Paul or Micheal Bloomberg were to come out - I could NEVER vote for them. Any shared life experience with someone else may make them a brother or sister but cannot substitute for courage to fight to build power for working people of all sexes - all races - all groups. Bernie Sanders is the best candidate in 2016 and here arguments don't prove otherwise.

    Amy: So what are the primary influences for your vote for Hillary?Bertha: You know my four points; she's a woman, she's been a rich experienced politician most of her life, she's complex, and she's a woman.
    Forget her policies, her effectiveness, her ties to Walstreet, banksters, military contractors, & for-profit prisons, forget her votes and she's the best politician running.Yup, logic

    • @politicallycorrectredskin796

      +joseph kare Never gonna happen. 1963-1992 was a slow fascist coup d'etat in the USA. Since 92 the elections have been fraudulent and there's no real choice and no representation. The CFR appoints tokens to the WH to pacify certain minorities, and for no other reason since the presidents don't have any autonomy anymore. So next is someone becoming president just because they have a vagina. All the women in the USA will then spend eight years defending whoever it is, regardless of how nothing changes, just like so many black people spent years defending Wall Street puppet Obama.

    • @Gugghhghhfggk
      @Gugghhghhfggk 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Fishslap 33 I would also put a lot of the blame on the electorate. They voted in Obama, but didn't follow up. They should have been engaged politically and voted for the congressmen and representatives who would have worked for them instead of campaign contributors. And after voting for them should have demanded that they work for them and represent their views.
      One person cannot do everything. Do you remember how Obama was smeared as a communist and what not by wall street just for the modest regulations.

    • @politicallycorrectredskin796

      joseph kare
      Sure. But the problem is that any decent politicians at the national level have been purged a long time ago. Remember Sonny Bono's "accident"? Or how about JFK JR's plane crash? And speaking of that, we can't forget Senator Wellstone's plane crash. Crashing people's plane is apparently one of the CIA's favorite ways of getting rid of representative politicians.
      These people were good, brave and tried to be representative. And they were murdered. I can go on all day listing people just like them who have all either died or had rigged elections stolen. One of those is Cynthia McKinney, a woman with bigger balls than all the old geezers in DC put together. She refused to toe the line, sell out to Wall Street and AIPAC and she refused to shut up and had her Congress seat stolen by Diebold machines in Georgia.
      So I know what we should do in a functional democracy. The problem is that this is a fascist oligarchy and that there are no decent Congressmen or senators left. They have all either sold out or they're dead basically. No chance of influencing a damn thing in this system for regular folks. Banksters and corporations have a vote and nobody else matters at all.

    John 3:16-21 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

    • @ashish714
      @ashish714 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      blackelk7373 The entire Progressive movement wasn't. I was living in NYC on 9/11. In fact, HRC was my Senator. She did not represent my views on anything that happened after that date. No hazmat suits were ever sent down to us - our construction workers got themselves sick working day and night on the pile. My college had protests against the Iraq war, and none of your friends wanted to go in. The largest mass global protest ever conducted in world history was against the Iraq war.
      Bush was a fearful guy, that's why we hated him. No President with that amount of fear will ever be elected to the White House again.
      I knew then, just as I know now, the Iraq war decision would probably be debated for a generation, and I'm glad it still is being debated.
      It's not finished business.
