U can do it urself it's only 4hrs if u want it down 2 ur butt but should be 2 if it's half that length I do it with pack bundles that r 12$ with multiple bundles in it plus u can use it more than once

My only advice would be to put 2 rows of individual braids and then cornrows the front because then u won't have to worry about the track being shown because I do still see parts of the track. Other than that it's beautiful and beautiful young lady
