I dont understand, how they get the relaxer in the shampoo. Dont it break down if you mix it with water. And the soap in the shampoo neutralizes it. So im confused

I found that my hair is like your daughter's hair. Water tiuch it it curles with nice curls. I found a new beautician that just wash, conditioner hair dry small amount curl product and off I go. I love my new beautician ❤. Thank you for the update

This is deceptive and relaxer can really damage your hair! You should be able to slap them with a lawsuit. This makes me angry! I pray before anyone touches my hair. The last two times I prayed the first time my stylist was replaced with someone else, the last time I prayed my appointment was cancelled because the lady got food poisoning. That day the Lord lead me to a woman of God to do my and my daughters hair. Our hair is our crowning glory! The Lord numbers the hair of our head. Be careful ladies who touches your crown. There are jealous stylists and some are involved in things you want NO part in.

My time I went that happened to me. I have been natural at that for 5 years. Went to get a short hair. And I asked if she knew how to deal with natural hair. Not knowing her deal with is putting relaxer in the shampoo. Never went to any hair salon do my own hair back to be healthy strong and long hair

Turn them Into the board of cosmetology, they will come out and investigate and take that person license who is using unethical practices and the shops will get fined.

Yes. They left relaxer in my hair and my hair got thin at the temple. They did not do it right. I had to wash out my own hair.

Please file a complaint with the State’s Licenses Board…& demand a surprise inspection that includes the shampoo containers & SUE!

Yup happened when I took my daughter to a Dominican salon. I said a wash and go, and they did a wash and set. I was furious and told them to stop and take them rollers out. I said y'all got wash and go on your sign. I didn't want a set. Later, someone told me that those salons put relaxer in the shampoo. I said that explains why her hair didn’t curl back right when we wet it. I left them a scathing review telling black people beware!

You have grounds to sue. Now I’m not a legal person but I know damn well it’s wrong to put a chemical to anybody’s head in secret or without permission!! Take they ass to court. First thing I hollered out is “DOMINCAN SALON” 😂😂 that’s why I never went to them. Im good with some good ole chi after a wash!

Relaxer has a very distinctive smell. So I definitely dont question what you’re saying. Same smell as nair almost. I haven’t had a perm since I was 21. I’m almost 39.
