These are absolutely amazing shoes and they strengthen your stride support your foot so it doesn’t twist. I find these excellent for stability They improve my stride and posture. Raise my height about an inch. Excellent shoes

They aren’t that bad of shoe, I’d ball in those all day, they do have great grip, great to move and run in, opens up ankle durability and is comfortable as hell and are icy af to wear on the court, idk what the commotion is about, sure you can roll your ankle easy but wearing a brace over will solve that.

Lebrons been rocking a FULL lengthth 2inch airmax for a decade now and he hasn't even rolled his ankle yet. Jordan shoes are all 2inch airmax from j3 to j11 and hardly gets leg injury, like lebron, throughout their career. That low to the ground shoes crap is a myth. look how all players that wear low to the ground shoes are always injured like kyrie, pg, kemba, curry. That thick sole will save your legs, and that's based on history.

I played in New Balance 574s running shoes in my elementary years lol. Whatever works. I used it over basketball shoes because it's very light and gives me an advantage on sprinting and first steps
Yup totally agree with other opinions I remember plenty of lunch time hoops cut short because of a ankle tweak playing in these! It just never was a good day trying to hoop with those but hey sef gets a it done so 🤷🏽♂️

I do. I play with the airmax 90's too. very comfortable shoes. it fits me well. my feet are just too big to fit normal basketball shoes. And airmax is super light too.
I have played in am90s just pick up I had a beater pair and they're great nice for all except for the ball handling part because you have trouble or at least I did personally with the initial take off step the side grip/midsole grip is no where to be found and wears quick. No ankle rolls due to the wide base withers air your foot sits in a lil cup almost hard for me again personally to roll the shoe unlike vapor maxes which are like high heels essentially...but I love am90s but there is better technology for hoopers

Well i am flat footed and really hard to find a shoe to hoop in without having foot pains and believe it not i play in airmax 90s is easier to roll a ankle but no foot pains very comfortable shoe
