Thanks for the video. Do you know when the car was built (month and year)? I doubt it’s a 2021, unless they changed the exhaust mapping again (put pops and bangs back). Mine is was built in 09/2020 and doesn’t pop :(

That sound is total bullcrap. The M140i is a straight Six Engine and has by far a better sound.
@@SuperGT3.2V6 nah the 135i has the nicer sound, 140i is faster in both acceleration and top speed
@@SuperGT3.2V6 for 2019 and up it a okay sound and in real life it isnt that quiet. have to say the m5 stock is quiter, have driven both

@@K.Wesselhoff True. I heard the 2019 did but a software update changed it for 2020. There were also rumors that there was an additional update which enabled it again, maybe this is it? Totally weird.
@@latlak Yeah it’s really confusing. Idk why BMW decided for 2020 to cut all pops and bangs. That combined with opf just means no sound at all

@@MrSupermercurial i asked under every sound video of M135i which model year it was and they always said that this makes the biggest difference

Dude I'm kinda not knowing what's going on because I think I read that the car has a 2.0 turbo bike that basically gives you the snore like a Golf gti but the snore in this video sounds like a 3.0 v6 is something wrong
Well basically there’s this trend going on where Fake sound is going through the speakers inside the cars so the it gives more “sound” but really it’s just bad, that’s why BMW decided to give it the old M140i sound on the speakers
Getting mine in September tech pack, pro pack, sunroof, sapphire black red seats
Is yours coming with the WiFi hotspot, enhanced bluetooth & wireless charging or will it be missing from the tech pack
Mine too is coming by end of october. M135, comfort, pro, tech packs in storm bay. I spoke to BMW UK yesterday who assure me the only thing missing will be an additional storage compartment due to parts shortage.
Matt Doughty is yours a uk order?…. So yours will come with the wireless charging & wifi hotspot etc? I wonder why im been told it wont come with those just mentioned and will be missing from the tech pack?

No one knows 😂 I think everyone is confused but I can’t imagine this a 2021 built model.
2021 has 4 pot engine and 2020 has 6 pot, the answer is obvious :)
@@xXxBo5sANaCxXx The 2020 M135i does not have an inline six-cylinder enginge. So that's not the answer. Probably has to do with the OPFs fitted

Depends how it’s driven. It’s only a 2 litre so it should be decent enough.

The OPF is a shame.
@@luca8686 absolutely. But I think for some reason BMW also decided to cut the bangs and pops on shifts, and overruns too and that combined with opf is just a blast of nothing haha

2021 model doesn't pop and bang
I don’t think this is an 2021 Model. I’d be surprised if it suddenly starting popping when the 2020 model didn’t.
