I paint watercolor cards to donate to a hospital for the nurses to use for patients. Your idea is another type of card I could make and donate. Thank you for sharing.😊
I like the cutters that have the scoring roller as well as the knife blade. It allows you to use the roller to form your fold crease on the card stock.
Crop by design. I never throw any of my paintings out - they get repurposed in a variety of ways. Easy to make one’s own envelopes too for those not standard sizes. Good idea Karen ,thank you .
My washi tape doesn't stick. I bought 6 of them from Michael's about a year ago but life happened and I never got to try them until yesterday. I have tried two different ones and neither would stay stuck to the watercolor paper.
I love Washi tape. I use it to frame my watercolour as after being moistened it tends to shrink slightly when drying and Washi tightens it more securely on a frame. 🎨
It bothers me...the OVERCUTS...on the edge of the opening which is so visible from the front of the card....I wonder if it is too hard to avoid this...I think if you could erase the pencil marks on the inside...you could go OVER...SO YOU WOULD HAVE A STOP GUIDE...maybe it does not bother you.

Thank you! 😊
You’re cutting up “discarded paintings” that most of us would be more than proud to have framed and on the wall lol.
This is wonderful! I have so many paintings that are not entirely great, lol. Thank you!
You are so welcome 😊

Can you get envelopes to fit these different sized cards? Or do you have a tutorial for making envelopes?
I usually cut the cards to fit standard size envelopes. Unfortunately I don’t make envelopes myself. Maybe in the future
How about Yes paste and tearing the edges of the painting for a more arty approach.
Absolutely 😏
Great tips!
Glad it was helpful 😊

Sorry to hear that! I buy mine from Amazon, and always look out for the ones with the best reviews.

They sell washi tape with birds? oh I love birds, I've never bought washi tape, I use masking or painters tape

@@KarenRiceArt oh that's interesting, I'll have to try some.
