Sounds much better after burger mounting and adding foam! Another thing you could possibly do is dremel off the side mounts kind of like as you when gasket mounting a tofu? just an idea lol
hmm right now probably marshmallow. i've had them all prep'd for awhile now, waiting for Sunsetter to be delivered. they're super smooth and the MP springs they come with makes them a more interesting linear switch. but any JWK switch works for me.

Have you try to add foam between plate and PCB, I intent to do that but not sure how it will effect the sound.
I have not, but foam between plate and PCB will result in a more muted sound
