Built my bunk beds almost the same way. Made my bunk beds with street garbage scrap metal 😂 basically made 2 prisims held together with nuts & bolts and threw some wood boards and mattresses on there. Surprisingly still works!
Cut everything to size single instead of size twin for maximum space optimization.
Super rennovating job.
Thank you for teaching trades skills to your daughter!! My uncle taught me as a little girl & they served me so very well my whole life… I am 74 now.
I've been waiting almost five months for my Rouser, and this great video makes me even more excited. I hope more rouser owners will start posting videos, especially for us owners in waiting. Nice work, Ben.
I am happy to share. Thanks for the encouraging words. - Ben
Great video have fun with your camper we are having a blast with ours
Thank you Ed. I enjoy watching all of the adventures that Nancy and you share on your channel. Appreciate the kind note. - Ben

Thank you! We are having fun with this project. 🏕
enjoyed the video.
Thank you!
Ben Laurenzi would you share the dimensions of the bunk bed? Specifically curious on how high the underneath space is, could an adult sleep there? I am guessing somewhere between 28-30 inches...if you wanted to share plans for the bunk bed, that would be great.
Do you have a video of the finished bunks? Curious to see what u did for the lower bunk airflow and if the kids fitted ok under there
Great build! About how much did the bed weigh once finished before and after the mattress? Thanks
How many inches from the floor to the bottom of the side winnow ?
Did you screw the bed frame into the walls of the trailer so it would be solid and not move?
No, I did not screw the bedframe into the walls. I did screw it to a subfloor and it’s stays put.
Love the build. What are the dimensions of the beds?
Hi Sean. Both beds are roughly 6ft by 4ft. The bed on bottom is slightly smaller because a few inches of space are taken up by the vertical supports.
Good job BIG BEN!

Hello there. I love your set up . Have a quick question. How long did it take you to get your camper. I am considering purchasing one. Thanks
does the rouser fit in a normal residentials garage ?
I think my Rouser is just a couple inches too tall, but I added a roof rack and awning so I would probably need a 8 foot garage opening instead of 7 ft.
We bought a Rouser this past month and wanted to build it out in the winter so we wanted to be able to get it in our normal size door on our barn. We finally came up with getting some 8 inch rims and rolling it in the door on the just the rims alone we were able to get the trailer in the door with only 1 inch to spare above the garage door but it worked.
