NELSON MANDELAS TRAUM ! Nach diesem Hit tanzte er, wann immer er ihn hörte! DANKE EDDY ! Besonders heute, wo die Welt um einen ganz ganz Großen dieser Epoche trauert!!!!
I truly hope that the world leaders and presidents do understand that this song was meant for all of them, if they think that they have the power to destroy their nations. This song is not just for the apartheid...... give us hope ....
yes i agree. not only was eddy grant wonderful as always, the people around him on the instruments and Kurt Darren and the rest of the performers were excellent also. all around perfect performance.
very will know the nostalgia that comes with this song. At a point, it was banned by the apartheid government in South Africa! How life has come full circle!
This is one of the greatest songs ever, its lyrics are an inspiration in any exploitative and discriminatory situation ,one of the best applications can be made for the Palestinian situation today.
You know what makes me proud? The fact that most of our fathers and mothers, brothers and sisters were killed in the struggle. Be it in SA or Angola, We did it. There is no place you can't go to now, in Nairobi we were restricted to River road, but now. We have hope!
So what if they cant dance? I think they really appreciate cultural diversity and that's what matters. I cant say the same for many African Americans!!
@vertxxgg Dear right winger: guess you forgot how Israeli govt collaborated with S. African secret police and armed forces generally, as did several "freedom lovers" of the right wing persuasion Cubans not on the island.
