No disrespect but I know I speak for most when I say that people think that the Garage was the only place that existed. Then again if you feel that way you never grasped the real meaning of going out to underground spots like the Garage. This was played everywhere: Garage, Loft, Better Days...
Mannchild11 Sorry, but in Washington, DC it was The ClubHouse and became the sister club Garage when it open and of O'Dell's in B'More! We partied @ Better Days and The Loft too but The Clubhouse had them driving down 95 (car loaded up) from NY, Philly, NJ, Pittsburg, Cleveland, Detroit, Chi-town and other cities to get the taste of The Clubhouse in Washington, DC.
niyofu No apologizes needed. You came here we went there. I heard about the other clubs but I just didn't have the time: I was a DJ and played in a band at the time to time was at a premium. I did hear about folks going down there too. Too bad designer drugs fucked up the underground scene. smh.
