Would this change the budgeted unit on Friday 11 March 2016? Second question, when i make data date January 30th, my original duration (OD)shows 212d rather than 175d like yours. Is this difference derives from Planned Start date? My Planned Start date is December 10th. I guess when you come to data date your Planned Start date is February 1th
Hello, I did this exercise 5 times then on the 6th try i followed step by step and my results are different from yours. Everything was pretty much on point until after you renamed the column to RD (39:24). I noticed that your Gantt chart was all lined up at the data date or start date ( the vertical line) but after you closed the column tab, (39:25) your bar chart moved (displaying a Total Float of 23) mine stayed still remained lined up with a TF of 0. Did you omit a step because your Total Float is showing 23 mine is showing -146d and placing my activities on the critical path (this is after the first reschedule at time 39:38. What is the problem with mine?

AMAZING ... BUT MY PROBLEM IS WHY STARTING DATES OF EVERY ACIVITIES R SAME I MEANS HOW TO DO ITS AUTOMATICALY CHANGE
After assigning relationship just go to the schedule tab or press f9 and click on schedule.
