FYI Take mystery oil and PB blaster mix it 50/50 pull the spark plugs and fill it up. Let it sit for 3 days. And spin the motor backwards. If you spin it forward you have a chance to bent the piston rods. Your motor could be locked up so to the fact it has a rust rigid or a rust lip in your piston sleeve. This happens if it’s not running for 6 months. The higher octane in the fuel help it’s along faster. 😊
