‘’Not quite my tempo’’
Was only a matter of time before someone commented this
Lol
Here comes the chair
I Will Beat you with my Drumsticks
@@CKBishmarlakdo you know why i just hurled a chair at you neiman
DAMN! That was awesome! I love the movie version of Caravan and the trumpet section too. I feel like it gives it that great intensity the final scene needs.
You're an amazing player!
I love all the mini dynamic changes you do during long notes
isn't that the idea of tge long tones, otherwise they won't be interesting
@@_m.ruskov_1660Yes typically you don’t want a long note to be stagnant. He does this so well, everything is so perfect
your audio mixing is really good
Excelente felicitaciones
That was awesome! Great timing on all those offbeat entrances!!
Sounds amazing! Keep playing and recording 🎺 !
Love the face you made at 3:48 after hearing the missed release in the recording 😂😂
something something tempo. great work!!!
Nice A's! Keep it up, your music is an inspiration to me
Now that's cinema
Damn, the swell at 0:55 was so clean, hopefully my trumpet section and I in the band I’m in can do that!
Just a tip....Learn what that "swell" is really called in musical terms.
This keeps popping up in my recommended
Excellent.
Love this ❤
Nice Job! Great playing and sound!
I can see the "not quite my tempo" comments from a mile away lmao
That was outstanding!
incredible
Bravo!!!
Well done!
this is awesome thank you so much
❤❤❤❤😊 simplesmente espetacular 😊
Neither dragging nor rushing.
Damn good 🎉❤
Fletcher approves!
Every note was hit perfectly! However, I can’t help but feel that the flawless execution takes the swing out of the performance. It feels a bit artificial: almost as if a trumpet machine made a “perfect” duplicate of a great trumpet part. The mistakes are natural. I guess that’s bound to happen when you’re performing the exact transcription of the part, though. I bet you’re incredible when given your own freedom
I think I know what you mean. Like in the actual song at 3:24 i think the highest trumpet messes up a little bit and I associate as the right song whenever I think or hum it
Amazing work!! I would love to learn from you!
How do you record a trumpet so clean?
Thank you! I use a Røde NT1-A Microphone which really helps catching the lower frequencies. After I play around with the EQ, compressor and some reverb, but that's basically it :)
[JK Simmons reference here]
thank you so much. I only have the chart for the mike tamaro arrangement. btw you balloon alot but other than though you got amazing tone
Thank you, but what do you mean by balloon?
@@Jeppe805Ballooning (usually) refers to playing notes quietly at the beginning, loud in the middle, and quiet again at the end, like the shape of a balloon. My teacher called it footballing because it's the shape of a football. This playing sounded fine, I didn't hear any ballooning, but maybe that's just me with bad hearing. Either way, glad to have helped (if I did) and you can look it up if you want or need more info
I've never heard of that, interesting. Thanks for sharing, I will look into it.
@@Winchester0806 in jazz (big band usually) it's normal that when you play a whole note, you fortepiano and crescendo to the end (even though it's not written in). Is that what you were referring to when you said he was ballooning? I didn't check to see if he decrescendoes at the end of these though.
@@TheSteelDialga Basically, but more exaggerated than it would be in big band music.
Hey man, we should do a collab. You sound absolutely amazing, youre a dane right
Thank you! I am a dane yes, however I'm not entirely sure about collaboration at the moment. If you send me a mail at Jeppe805Music@gmail.com, i'll let you know when/if I have time. :)
Sounds great....Only critization I can maybe give is you have a BIG tendency to crescendo every note longer than a quarter note (Sforzando). Gets a bit cheesy when every single note is applied that way. Sounds great tho!
Thanks! And tbh I agree with you. It's nice some places but I do it maybe a bit too much.
was that note an A6?? I could never play that, especially for that long
I'm sure you will keep motivated. I've managed to have some high C in 3 weeks of playing. Everything is possible, just work on it ! (actually it's high D cause my trumpet is a C trumpet)
If you want to play high, start by trying to play high !
Gotta love how the tbn is playing notes higher than the tpts could ever dream of
👏
Exactly my fridken tempo
Where did you find the background playalong music for this? I would love to find it and record this myself on my new ribbon microphones!
It's actually just the original music. I've just recorded over it made my parts a little louder :)
Were you rushing or dragging though
Can We Get Musescore File of this, Thanks; Love it
how long did 3:16 take you
That is a great arrangement. Where can I get the sheet music for the entire band?
I can't say I'm afraid. I transcribed only the trumpet parts.
Can you tell who wrote this arrangement also the publisher?
The arrangement is by John Wasson. I'm not sure about the publisher, Lakeshore Records I think maybe. The EXACT arrangement for the movie I've never been able to find, which is why I made my own transcription of it. :)
Thanks
its the same arrangement the movie just cuts out the middle@@Jeppe805
What software do you use to edit the audio?
I use "Waveform Free" From Tracktion. Rather limited and I have some problems using it, but it's free :)
@@Jeppe805 Thanks 👍
What is the final chord at the end!
I believe it's originally a Gmi6/9. However I think I made a mistake in the transcription. I'm playing an A major on top of it so the Gmi6/9 becomes Gmi6/9(b5) or Amaj/Gmin or something like that. Still sounds good though imo :)
What trumpet and mouth piece is this?
And id love lessons 😂
It's a Schilke 14A4x with a KGU Booster :)
Please do whiplash
It's out now ;)
Thank you so much
what mouthpiece is that?
It's in the description, but it's a Schilke 14A4x with a KGU booster
This IS quite my tempo.
what is that mouthpiece
It's in the description, but it's a Schilke 14A4x with a KGU booster
@@Jeppe805 sorry it was more what is that mouthpiece?!?!? Cos it looks so weird but cool
@@leoholder7839 My bad, yeah I bought it originally because it looked crazy. Turns out it's also pretty good 😅
sådan! hvem har du fået undervisning af?
Tak!
@@benjaminolsen8774 Hvilket MGK egentligt? Er det Køge?
