You can change the exteriors
Who cares what they look like on the outside. Do you spend most your time outside looking at it?
A faux brick or stone skirting really helps the exterior appeal, and makes it look more like a traditional home.
Office behind the barn door is perfect!
This is our home!! We added a few things, we have a wood burning fireplace and French doors off the dining room. We absolutely love it!!
Beautiful home. The laundry room and office was VERY nice! Disappointed in the shower though. For such a beautiful design, I would like to have seen a different shower design.

OMG just take my money!!! There's not but a few very small things I'd change but that's just bc of my preferences like the microwave I'd have over the stove & have another pot & pan drawer instead of the microwave being where it is. Never can have too many drawers! LOL. But there's really no wasted space in the house & I absolutely love that!!

This is a beautiful large layout. The kitchen has great features from the stove area to the double islands. What great ideas. Having double islands is a secret kitchen dream of mine. Nice job on this one!
4:15 another benefit to “burning” wood like that is it hardens/strengthens the wood. I learned that watching FORGED IN FIRE when the final weapon was a halberd (long staff with essentially an axe head on the end).

I absolutely love this home!! The flooring, the wood accents, the beams on the ceiling!! I love the fact that there are no skylights. Definitely an upgrade from what I am used to seeing here in Pennsylvania.

Needs a closet at the front door. A true pantry. Bigger master closet . Love the designated office and laundry room.

This is really pretty. I'm not crazy about the wood beam accents (or rolly doors) but that's only because I've had to look at them the last 30 years and I'm sick of them. LOL! This is a very nice home. I could tolerate the beams to have this much space.👍 Thanks for the tour! 😊

Kasey Johnson I would add functional shutters to the front and back windows, paint the front door a pretty color other that white, a fancier skirting around the bottom of house and big substantial gas lattern/light fixtures. Also very pretty landscape would also dress the exterior of the home up nicely.

After month and months of deliberating and you then coming up with this. This is the official winner. Built as a triple wide. I'm excited thank you so much Bobby; any tips on making it into a triple I needed a guess space and an office.
I can stretch it to a 4bedroom 32x80. As a triple, only spot to add the tag would be on the back and off of livingroom
