I absolutely despise TRR return policy. Spending big money on items you should be able to return it, literally thousands. Also I've found over past few months their website to not have correct picture with the description and their descriptions of the merchandise is horrible. Pink bag: bag is 3k, you can invest some time in your customer by giving more detail.
I saw a bag on the Real Real (cannot find one in excellent condition on Fashionphile which is my first choice also). Can I trust the Real Real? What are your thoughts?
There are many things to look at with LV from date codes to the inside of the bags. Vintage pieces from the 80’s May have tan and Brown leather inside depending on the model. Some have the brown canvas inside like in the Speedy. In the 80’s LV allowed Sacks 5th to license under the French co. I own a Sac Chein that I used for my dog that was LV French Co. Those pieces may have a chocolate brown canvas inside with a tag. They all should have date codes either via tag or directly onto the cover. Date code usually tells you where the item was made, date, day, or month.

Also look at hardware. It should have Louis Vuitton on their hardware
The real authentication app can authenticate items for you. Just need to send them pictures of the item. I have a video on my channel 😊
