I want to see a video on sith purebloods. Before watching this, I didn’t know the sith + Jedi orgins, but I had assumed the sith were originally sith purebloods but then kind of spread out, like mandolorians. But thats not it, so where do the purebloods fit in?
The Purebloods were the original Sith Species who first created the Sith philosophy and culture. Though eventually a group of rebellious Dark-Side tainted Jedi Knights found them and became the first "Dark Lords of the Sith" by pretending to be the Sith's gods. Thanks to Sith Alchemy taught to the Sith Force-Sensitive Priests originally by the Rakata the human Dark Jedi were able to mate with the Sith and continue the line of the Dark Lords. I believe that what Jake Alter says became true a bit later; the Sith decided that anyone who was genetically Sith was a Pureblood even if they looked human.
@@WickedPrince3D I believe it happened shortly after the exiles arrived. I’d also like to point out that the exiled dark jedi also had alchemy so they might’ve been the ones that enabled the interbreeding since they had more knowledge of the force. The orders name really just came from the association with the sith species
@@jakealter5504 Actually the Rakata taught the True Sith Alchemy during the Rakata Empire when they discovered that the Sith Priests could use the Dark Side. The Rakata tried to get the best use out of the species they enslaved. At least that's how it has been explained previously; Wookipedia seems to be undergoing a revamp even of the Legends materials so I am having a bit of trouble finding proof. starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Sith_(species) gives some information anyways. I'm not sure what your sources are but if they are the novels you can't entirely trust them; often an author writes something that isn't true because he doesn't know better or because he wants it to be true for his story. Just like how in the Ahsoka novel she makes claims about how Sith get their Lightsaber crystals. The Jedi do not teach in depth about the Sith to younglings/padawans because they don't want them to be lured to the Dark Side while they are still to young to make rational decisions. And she never even completed her Padawan training so her knowledge is suspect.
@@WickedPrince3D I never said that they didn’t, just that the dark Jedi also had alchemy. Ashoka’s training actually was complete but she hadn’t been knighted yet (she would’ve been if she rejoined the Jedi after the trial). My knowledge of the dark jedi that helped form the sith order was from wookiepedia (which used the tales of the jedi comics for this)
It's harder to film live-action in reasonable settings; locations that don't show obvious signs of modern civilization can be hard to find. It's a lot easier to "draw" a setting you imagine than to build it. Note that the author of this video even mentions that the planet and it's weather are subject to change based on the "feel" of the Force over-all. It hasn't been inhabited in hundreds of years so extreme weathering and nobody to keep ruins up. Plus 20 years of Dark Side Dominance had to cause a lot of destruction. Plus the author of the vid says they got the location completely wrong so perhaps it's not the Tython we expected.
the reason for the conflict in the current era is that most people in the galaxy today dont think of all those groups as non jedi the temples on other planets were from the era before the force users were taken to Tython this led people to think that they came first the truth is no one in lukes era knows or remembers the real history of both orders that rose due to the loss of almost all historic records due to the constant wars and changes in the galaxy and also considering the other orders that rose throughout the galaxy it would not come as a shock to me if they were built by force users that left Tython rather than pick a side in the first civil wars

Great vid but I think there's some big innacuracies, particularly regarding the formation of the sith.
Ajunta pall wasn’t included in the first great schism, that was the second one
I want to see a video on sith purebloods. Before watching this, I didn’t know the sith + Jedi orgins, but I had assumed the sith were originally sith purebloods but then kind of spread out, like mandolorians. But thats not it, so where do the purebloods fit in?
They fit in because the dark Jedi exiles from the hundred year darkness integrated with the sith species and essentially created the sith order
My knowledge of the dark jedi that helped form the sith order was from wookiepedia (which used the tales of the jedi comics for this)
Tython sounds like Mike Tyson introducing himself
Can you make video about Ossus
😮what a history
I always wondered how “balance“ could mean the complete obliteration of one side
SWTOR: Why does Tython look boring in The Mandalorian? That's not how it looks
Legends: *Ahem*
Yes yes beautiful
Can u make a vid about the history of the dark saber?
the reason for the conflict in the current era is that most people in the galaxy today dont think of all those groups as non jedi the temples on other planets were from the era before the force users were taken to Tython this led people to think that they came first the truth is no one in lukes era knows or remembers the real history of both orders that rose due to the loss of almost all historic records due to the constant wars and changes in the galaxy and also considering the other orders that rose throughout the galaxy it would not come as a shock to me if they were built by force users that left Tython rather than pick a side in the first civil wars
Can someone tell mme the background music? I like it a lot
