Hoshizaki condenser fan motor replacement

Last week I diagnosed this Hoshizaki ice machine as having a bad condenser fan motor. This week I returned with the replacement fan motor. This video shows the process of replacing the condenser fan motor on this Hoshizaki ice machine.

You can replace the bearings on that one,and swap it with the one that is going to lock up.
