Update: Mission failed successfully 😂 I thought I'd do this method but I went into panic mode and just started crying in front of my manager. We had a discussion about my work and how I felt over-looked etc. At the end I got my leave so that's all that matters ig 😅

M in SBI n even if I want to take Sabbatical leave..management will not approve this...N m in great need of taking sabbatical leave..but afraid that management will not approve this..pls help me how to approach...!!
@swaatigautam111 I am also in SBI. I had serious leg injury and was hospitalised. All I can say was that I was treated like a criminal. The threatening letters my boss wrote to me still haunt me. SBI work culture is just shit. Everyone thinks they're God or Dharmaraj Yudhishthir and we are their students, they lack even basic respect. And then they wonder why the attrition rate is so high.

If i take sick leave then bank can set up a medical board where bank's doctor check if an employee is actually sick in real or not.. they will sent some other staff to my home and If I have submitted some medical documents regarding leave..then they can also verified it by visiting that hospital or clinic from where I have prepared those documents ... They will continue threat u make u get in pressure that U have committed a crime...
Sir my boss is so insensitive he did not give leaves when my mother got paralysed, after few days she died,I got only two days leave that also when I requested him a lot.He was not willing to give me the leaves.
sir, good video, but wont work in corporates, they have HR policies listing some critical illness like cancer, ICU etc, other than that they wont grant leave, even if employee going thru depression etc, even if in critical sickness but going thru alternate healing therapy, that is also not considered, straight away got rejected, idiotic situation, you will start hating job which you loved before this... they just want employees to work 24/7 and if dead, they will just replace immdt, so just take care of your self only
