They make you feel guilty for taking leaves ,if you get it by chance. Secondly, there is so much of revenge work assigned. Thirdly, bosses act as if they have done us a favour by letting us avail our own leaves. Fourthly, even your fellow colleagues will keep reminding and judging. So basically everyone becomes a sadist when it comes to leaves.
