Cal Expo Monorail Night Scenes at the Fair

The California State Fair is coming later this month, so I thought I would publish another Cal Expo Monorail video, this time all about dusk and night at the fair. The monorail train is a highlight of the fair along with the new cable car system opened last year (2016).

@@Luke_Starkenburg I'm also a lover of the state fair for over 40 years and greatly missed it this year. The sounds, the sights, the smells and oooooo the tastes!! Enjoying your video last night was very much a virtual experience for me. The Monorail was a must as soon as we got there and again once it was dark. What's your favorite fair food?

Sweet LuLu my most interesting dish was the whole artichoke with drawn butter. It was interesting but somewhat difficult to eat, especially when I tried to eat the spiney parts. I went to a beer festival when I was there and enjoyed that.

@@Luke_Starkenburg Artichokes are also good boiled and dipped lightly in mayo and scrap the bottom leaf. The real jewel is the heart of course 😉🎪🎡 There's a soft taco stand at the fair that has the best tasting 🌮 tacos. Always have to get some kettle corn and the fudge. Last time I went it was $9.00 for HALF a pound. It used to cost maybe $3 for a pound. Sorry I'm rambling to a stranger...lol

Thank you Tim! I've been wanting to upgrade to a 4K camera but most video cameras don't have 20x optical zoom like mine does. It is difficult to hold the camera steady, especially when on a moving ski lift system and zoomed in. Stabilization in post production helps!
