This deserves more likes/views and positive comments. I only have made vanilla based custard gelato, and every other of the 100’s of recipes I’ve watched or read, complicate the method or add things that really don’t need to be in there. All I wanted were simple ratios for the chocolate without a whole bunch of extra fluffy nonsense. A+ Jess, Mille Gracie, and a Chef’s kiss 🤌🏼💋

Amazing recipe! By the way, if you wanna upgrade this, buy some chocolate covered almonds, put them in a plastic bag and break them into a bunch of pieces and put them in it. Soo good!
