Liked your comments about Cadillac versus T-Bird. I always thought those old Cadillacs were built like tanks. Makes me feel better about my '66 T-Bird.
Well its true. However, the Cadillac is definitely all about luxury which tops the Tbird in that aspect. They are just too complicated. When I first started working on Thunderbirds I also thought they were too complicated. Today they seem as simple to me as a VW. I guess anyone who specializes in anything feels that way about their skills.
Hey man, the stuff really works. Saves me from putting wear and tear on my glass beader. And it doesnt leave the metal totally bare like a glass beader. I cant believe it softened up the glue to the point where I could just wipe it off mostly. There were a few spots where I used a wire tooth brush but it was all a cinch.
Yeah, your probably right. Ive already taken the dented door apart and started prepping the replacement door so I guess I'm committed. In reality, I should be committed! Thanks.
Nick, Good job, ole son. It's interesting how the Blaster softened up that glue...something for the ole memory banks. Btw...a BernzOmatic torch will almost immediately dry out that foam rubber. 😮Regards, John
Thanks John. What the heck is a BernzOmatic??? Inquiring minds want to know. I used the heat gun on it for a while and it sweated out some fluid but it took forever and I got bored so I am just letting the sun do it now. Fortunately we have some sunny days this week so Im putting the sun to work.
Keep up the honest work. It is a pleasure to watch.
Thanks John.

Love your videos Nick!!! Keep it up!
Thank you very much.
Nice job.
Looks like you REALLY like Blaster!

Good work! Even if you kept the original dented door, the car will sell better if you throw in an undented door with the deal.

turn your phone completely off, then turn it back on. Sometimes that fixes issues you are having.
Yeah, tried that just now, didn't help. Stupid phone!!! One of the 3 camera lenses is broken anyway so I guess its time to get a new phone. Thanks.
