This was one of the harder episodes to put together! The SeaCamper project is far from linear. We think we will get something done in a day or two, and that task spirals into a week to two weeks of work. We are pretty used to that with vintage projects, but working with resins and paints that have longer curing times, making a mistake can slow us down pretty good! The ceilling underside is a critical part of the roof stucture. And needs to be very strong due to pulling Force on the roof underside. Nothing to do with useing polyester. The new glasfiber schould be at least as Thin as the Old one.

Watching this amazes me how similar it is to the yacht construction style of the Balboa.
