hey you have taught me a few tricks so i really appreciate you bro and couldn't and wouldn't do it without your support for real but i appreciate the compliments but power armor bc of stabilized the 45% x armor penetration coupled with the quad goes along way you don't have to run power armor to get descent damage but for max dps it is what it is and how they designed the game the marries heavy gun with power armor
