- Here we go back in the mine for another session of earl curls to test and see where the gauss minigun ranks in the top heavy gun boss killers in fallout76 in 2024. The gun we have is a anti- Armour and we compare to a aa . 50 cal with weapon speed. Does the gauss minigun have enough power to overcome not having weapon speed versus the .50 cal? Can we solo earl in under 2 minutes? Just how powerful can the gauss minigun be in vats with critical. Is it a top boss killer in 2024? Watch and see!
Hey so this might be a silly suggestion but any idea what a multiple weapon builf could look like? In currently using a good cold shoulder build but im also looking to use the auto axe. So far ive gotten the perk cards to stop them bith from breaking as easily but i stll feel like my dps is really not good
So, you can basically run a full shotgun build and add on high melee damage to that by using the fully upgraded Incisor perk (3 strength) and food buffs to increase melee damage or strength (deathclaw wellington/tasty mutant hound stew)
thanks @taconut823 I didn't see this question hard to keep up with sometimes with life so i am sorry for just getting back but especially the cold shoulder that weapon is powerful enough with any investment with shotgun perks if you build a vats crit build i have a video over that check it out if you set it up that way but you will have to sacrifice three in strength to add incisor i would suggest maybe dropping scattershot out of the build and putting incisor and make sure you have calibrated receiver for your cold shoulder bc it gives 100 % x crit damage big difference then other receivers even if they say x crit damage it isn't 100 it is added with another bonus and varies up to 50% but calibrated is only crit damage and it is 100% this makes a huge difference. and you need chemist backpack mod if your running outside power Armour to free up space in strength but if your running power armor you will have to sacrifice a shotgunner perk to pull it off but i do suggest is running low health vats build with auto ax as secondary. do you have mirlurk steamer?? do you have grand ma or yesmin very good allies to get free high end food buffs like tasty meat dishes that push your mele even as a herbivore 85%. also white springs refuge has a restaurant that you can buy some good mele buffs
The 50 cal did surpisingly well, plus ammo is cheaper to make compared to 2mm. 😃

on plasma caster if your using it in vats you need calibrated capacitor for 100 % x critical damage but if your using it outside vats then use prime but it is a beast in vats
How did u suppress the negative effects of mutations ?
U take the same serum for the mutation u want to cancel
It can get costly epically if your lower level class freak works fine in everyday play on a team but solo u can free up space in luck to open up slots for more creativity

I was saying they are changing the way damage is calculated so it wil be interesting to see if coffee will still be needed comparing vats crits to weak points something like that I hope that clarified

Warning his build or method will no longer work after the next update. Crits are getting nerfed and no longer negates the damage cap on bosses.
not exactly true but true and i constantly talk about this but there will be no more damage mitigation at all but all bosses will have their health raised and resistances raised up so there will be nothing to by pass. Weak points on enemies will do more damage LIKE HEADSHOTS MANUAL AIM so other weapons will be useable outside vats but vats critical will still do a lot of damage they will just function as intended if you check out tyr video on this topic he covers it very well yes they will lose some of their sting but from the testing in the pts i have seen the drop will not be too bad but what it will do for mele, heavy gunners, and who knows maybe even pistols lol is open up creativity in a lot of builds because we will have other options then just using vats and i am excited about that. thanks for your feedback bro
@@BigredbombsLOL didn't mean to be so dramatic when I said it wouldn't work, my bad. Just wanted people to know they may not be as fast with this gun and build anymore.
It's nice to see what is possible, but i would like to see how it performs without all the special buffs, eg scout banners, bobble heads, magazines, and awkward to get foods, as i think most players play like this.
I don't want to be using loads of resources, for little return.
I really enjoyed the video though.
thanks for the feedback and you really bring up a good point but to that point is when you are solo you don't have strange in numbers working for you so no x damage for adrenal eagle eyes solo only gives 50% crit damage when on a team its 75 blight soup only gives 100% but when on a team its 125 all your food buffs that r simple are boosted when on a team to compensate for that we take magazines bobble head and better food buffs so it really all kind of balances out or close to it but i will do a run soon with out any buffs to show you gladly bro once again thank you and appreciate the feed back

Thanks bro Solo it is costly with coffee but it absolutely shreds bosses on team play it isn't so bad bc u don't have to do all dps appreciate the feedback
You realize concentrated fire adds damage right? Why do so many people leave it at level 1 or am I missing something 🤔?
yes your right i don't always just only have so many points to go around and i need to keep one legendary open for sizzling style or taking one for the team but on team play my build will change a lil bit being that you have to invest so much into cola nut and happy go luck and lead belly could get rid of power user but i don't wont to burn through all my cores that fast but u could take that off if your running electric absorption but for earl this is the best i can do thanks for your input bro appreciate your feedback as always
Nothing touches auto axe it kills all trash mobs in one second event bosses in less than 10 secs and I can solo the queen and earl in less than 3 mins
Thanks for your feedback i agree I can solo earl under a min with auto ax but i can also solo earl under min with gatlin plasma and railway they are defintley close but auto ax takes less ap so that is deinftlry a plus this is to keep it interestimg and challenging what lil bit there is lol but also to show newer middle level maybe players what they can expect if they like a certain weapon cold shoulder is a beast it is a 1 and half min kill on esrl its fun to me to switch up play styles n push my builds to support other weapon

Yeah I know it makes so emd game that it is really hard for even level 400 to pull off but with unlimited perk coins now in the seasons hopefully people will get their legendary cards maxed out so they can make any build but wo5h the update hopefully next season the playing field will be level n allow some new cr3ativity

@@Bigredbombsi kind of stopped playing a little bit, i’m in the 3000’s in level on my first account, i’m a pvp main, so nobody really 1v1’s me anymore after events or anything, the playing field is extremely unbalanced, a level 60 can focus his first 50 levels building gold and scripts and get literally everything a lvl 1000 has been grinding for in endgame, a level 60 can pull up with either an anti railway or a assassins railway withe just damage and crit cards, no legendary cards really needed, you can fit all your damage and crit cards in 15 points. With that being said a lvl 60 can walk up on a pvp fight with a level 1000 and if he does’t stealth boy it doesn’t matter how ready he is that railway will rail you..pause 😂
if you need that much bs to kill bosses it's not the guns doing it. this is more like you can do this build if your bored.
thanks for your feedback and yes the build really determines everything and then the weapon. it is just the challenge of taking different weapons and trying them and comparing them so others can know what they are grinding for and what it can do at its max potential. The magazines and bobble heads make up the difference for not having strange and numbers and getting the extra for you crit damage and regular damage solo.
