Your fans love you and want you to stay safe! Okay, your "grandmother is signing off now❤ Love all of your videos and love seeing this little apartment
Charles and Cash deserve their own sitcom. These dudes bring it in every video. Charles, you know what is going down on NYC. Keep up the great work, gents
The 2 shower rods are there so that one is for a shower curtain liner & then one for the decorative curtain. So if you have a crazy expensive curtain- the liner keeps the water in & protects the main curtain.❤
@@kathyflorcruz552 It depends on what type of hanging/connectors are at the top of the curtains. I have several decorative shower curtains which are hung through a pocket at the top of the curtain which requires sliding the curtain onto the rod. If you have those types of shower curtains you cannot use a shower liner that is hung with hooks on the same rod. You have to use a different rod.
Why would ANYONE buy a crazy expensive shower curtain that they dont want getting wet...? Sounds like flawed thinkin, but im just a normal common sense kinda guy.
Vacation mode means the fridge keeps the temp stable & wont cycle thru as often cuz you are not home & opening and closing the doors. It is a cool feature.
Nice to see Charles back. The lighting in the last bathroom had you boy's skin glowing like a magazine cover. Lol, not sure what magazine but you were definitely glowing.
New York will never cease to amaze me. The first apartment is literally a basic apartment. Nothing fancy or luxurious about it and it’s $6k a month. I can’t believe people pay these prices to live in an overcrowded, rat infested city. Nevertheless, I can’t get enough of these videos and love when cash and Charles get together! 😂
Hi Cash, I do love your videos 😊, I absolutely love your tours of the neighborhoods! I love you and Charles together! ❤ Things have changed in 52 years since I lived in New York across from Central Park! That’s when prices were much lower!
I appreciate that Cash is willing to show us the neighborhood as well as the apartment because most realtors will make these kind of videos. Don’t show us the neighborhood so we can visualize ourselves living there.
It would cost a similar price regardless because the square footage would be the same, just utilized differently. Multiple bedrooms means that families with children can live there, or that it could be a roommate situation. So that means everyone pays less money per month to live in a great part of NYC. The Village is safe, clean(for a city), convenient, and there's plenty to do. If I ever lost my mind and moved to the States, and found myself in NYC, and making a decent salary, and if the idea of living with roommates didn't make me want to vomit, I'd be signing on the dotted line ASAP.
I loved all the apartments. But the one I would need is the 3br. I really like how those 2 apartments had a dressing space outside the bathroom!!! That could be additional closet space or a wall of shoes for me. Lol. Your so heavy handed Cash lol
The boys are back in town. Yes the C&C road show returns. All the apartments were nice. Not a fan of studios but these 2 were pretty good. Cash you are such a rebel for sitting on that new toilet seat but at least you were not butt naked!
And to think...I visited NYC in 1981 and stayed in a studio apartment approx. 14 X18 with a kitchenette tucked into one corner and a bathroom that was little more than a closet tucked into another, and was scandalized the rent was $600 a month! Anyway, Bad Boys NYC Apartment Rentals Realty is back today with a new episode! BTW, Cash, if you think it was a long time ago you were in college eating at Taco Bell, wait until you wake up a week from now and are getting ready to walk Violet down the isle...
I like his videos, but honestly he needs to come up with some new titles that aren't clickbait. Maybe dedicate a monthly video to TRULY "illegal" apartments, showing us the seedy side of NYC living.
@@JamesKaufman1973 Title is beyond clickbait, now they are becoming borderline lying, all three apts are large and none remotely "illegal". He's gone from informative to deceptive.
Nyc is quickly becoming a dystopian nightmare…that first apartment, $2,250 to share a apartment with 2 othe people? Yeeeah I need to take my ass to Texas or Florida ASAP!!
The company that owns Regal Union Square is teetering on the edge of bankruptcy. They still show movies there, but it's not clear how much longer it will be open.
i remember back in the day, those theaters would be open all night. They would show dusk to dawn b-movies, and yep.. lotsa homeless people would be in there, if they could pay the admission, but then they had a place to rest, enjoy a little entertainment and move on. IT worked.
Cash, Happy May Day! You and Charles powered through to make our First day of May filled with energy, fun and good humor. Your editing is always perfect for each video. Keep going! ☮️👏👏👏👏👏👏
The bedroom with the ensuite in the first apartment is really small, but I'd take it over the other two. The second apartment? $4,400 for a studio is pricey, even if it does have a new toilet seat. ;-) The third one? It has clean windows, so that may explain the price. Although the last one obviously used to be a studio, I like it the best. For all of these, you pay double the value for the address.
Which one's the "so small" apartment that's now "illegal"? The one with the 3 bedrooms or the other 3 that actually have a pretty good size for one person (even though they are insanely overpriced - as usual)?
You asked why there would be two curtain rods in the shower. The top one is for the decorative fabric curtain and the lower one is for the inner waterproof liner. Love your tours btw!
Holy shit! $6950/month?? I guess that's what peace of mind and a nice neighborhood cost these days in New York. That is so insane to me honestly, but this as nice of New York as I've seen in several years.
Wicked sense of humor😂 Your channel unlike others doesn't make me want to switch to a Jitterbug😂 Sub'd for sure👍🏼 Greerings from the other end of the state👋🏻
I would gladly take the final unit since it’s a one bedroom. Wouldn’t mind taking on a weekend gig to make the rent work. And if it weren’t available, the studios before it were acceptable. Better deal than the units Skye was showing the other day too.
Missed you man (was too budy to watch. Catching up). Loved the opinion essay at the beginning. I'm upgrading houses to a slightly smaller, fully renovated house (which will cost less taxes and hydro and no renos whatsoever while I needed to put minimum 50k on mine - my yard was bigger so i still sold for more than what i paid) which is 3 doors down from mine lol. I even got a slightly better view. I'm moving on foot, it's hilarious. Would never leave my neighborhood ❤
Good morning Bonnie! You have the same name as a wonderful cat that I had close to 40 years ago. Miss Bonnie-Bell Johnson, a great Canadian cat. Have a great day Bonnie.
Cash you should come and do this in Miami… yo would encounter amazing pricey apts in lots of areas, so much to choose from, and your wife and kids would love the areas. Investment would be a car , an SUV family car and you could afford a nice house out west! Look into it! You would be very successful!
So, just for price comparison: My friends and I are looking for a house for rent in Colorado. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a garage, laundry, yard, and pets allowed. We’re finding houses that fit that description for around $2200/month.
I just have to say that just because the kitchen cabinets don't go all the way up does not make them better than those that do for shorter people. If you can't reach higher than the top shelf in full-height cabinets, then don't put anything on the top shelf and avoid having that open space above that gets all dusty with spider webs and roach and mice droppings that nobody ever cleans. You can always put stuff on the that top shelf that you don't use often.
Its not as bad as Paris. The minimum you can legally rent to someone is (9m2) 90sq ft... you read that correctly. Some of those places can rent for almost 1000 a month.
It's amazing. One of the big selling points for $4600 is that you are able to open the refrigerator door all the way without it hitting the stove next to it. Such a deal!
This channel reminds me why I left NYC, having lived in Manhattan for 6 years under Bloomberg. For $6750 I can pay my rent here in Portland Maine for 6 months and have money left over. I'm so happy I'm not constantly poor anymore. I miss the food of NYC, though a lot of my fave stores are gone, but it would be nice to visit the Metropolitan sometimes, but its nice having money, having that money go far, having a car, having savings, things, etc.
I have no desire to live in NYC and pay the apartment prices people pay there, but l love watching Cash's videos. I live in a small mid-west town... My rent is $550/mo. for a whole house with a yard. Prices are nuts there!
I would take the dark bedroom, not all the windows bedroom. Bedrooms are for sleeping - no sunshine for me! Also, you need (2) shower rods - curtains & liner. You guys work well together - love it!
Does anyone think the rents in NYC are out of control? I pay less for taxes, electric and service charge in my gated community in NEPA. 2300 sq ft, all paid off. I cannot believe this is worth it.

Odd. Most people hang both on the same rod.
