  • This crazy apartment looks like the kind of place you’d only see in a movie. Its that unreal. Good thing its the cheapest apartment you can get in Midtown Manhattan.

    • @kathyflorcruz552
      @kathyflorcruz552 ปีที่แล้ว

      Considering what the city & banks & regulations & regulators & insurance companies & maintenance & utilities & GREEN GRIFTERS charge landlords for having real estate in these cities, THEY in no way CLEAR $500,000.00 from renters, especially those who don't pay & have to be evicted after claiming squatters rights & trashing properties. And with this insanity of Net0 emissions they intend to inflict on skyscrapers & other buildings & businesses in NY - it'll cause flight from the city like we've never seen because it's literally IMPOSSIBLE & these owners will be forced to install expensive USELESS equipment & will be fined outrageous amounts of money for noncompliance & failures - turning large parts of the NY into ghost towns- of which the BANKS will promptly then TAKE POSSESSION OF & not maintain causing massive urban blight & even more crime surges. Liberals & Green Ghoul politics. Ain't they GREAT!? The CENTRAL BANK gets bigger, takes more control, and the poor & middle class pay the price! Communism 1.01.
      They started this with extended lockdowns with screwing landlords out of rents for nearly TWO YEARS with rent moratoriums & bankrupting them & now they're ramping it up in Democrat run cities. NY being a proving ground. This is what happens when BIG GOVERNMENT takes control over private property & small businesses. They destroy it. They increased homelessness over the last 2 years exponentially by bankrupting people with lockdowns that were unconstitutional yet Democrat governors refused to reopen & allowed this Biden administration dictate this insanity regardless of the economic damage it was doing to people & the country. Of course these 7000.00 a month apartment renters won't be THAT affected, but most people ARE affected & will be as long as this administration's puppets are in power. We have a real problem with a lot of our properties being owned by foreigners too, like China & the Middle East. So, the more we sink the better for them, after all, Biden forks over taxpayers money to foreign countries like penny candy every day while the biggest transfer of wealth happened during the scamdemic & that just keeps happening with the Ukraine situation that they allowed to occur. The profiteers will be the BIG BANKS, as usual.

    That last apartment was really nice. I have been watching Cash for quite a while and I noticed that almost all the apartments are walk ups. And where I live the rent was cheaper for the top floor because of having to climb so many stairs. Getting furniture up to the top floor or lugging groceries and laundry upstairs was a struggle. So the owner would rent it out really cheap. But I guess not in NY.

    • @aimee-lynndonovan6077
      @aimee-lynndonovan6077 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Nope. My rent is cheaper bc I’m 3 floors up. Obviously I don’t live in a city.

    • @r.m.alonzo7648
      @r.m.alonzo7648 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@aimee-lynndonovan6077 I live in Chicago and there's buildings with just 3 floors and the owner usually gets the first floor rents out the rest but the third floor apartment is always the cheapest. If you live in a really " hip" neighborhood that has luxury buildings with elevator's and doorman then it doesn't matter you will pay a lot of money. But in plain residential neighborhoods that's usually the way it goes.

    That 1st apt, with things like the walk-up format & windows looking into a small, narrow shaft, is the stuff made for acrophobes & claustrophobes. The lifeless deck is the stuff made for people not into a welcoming quality-of-life vibe. The rental rates are also not for the faint of heart. NYC through the decades had boomed not because of itself, but in spite of itself. Any city that can get away with that truly is the "greatest in the world."

    2 things: One: It seems like all the New York apartments have only a single sink. It's nice that there's a dishwasher, but a double sink is really still important even with a dishwasher. Two: Why do so many sinks have sharp, square corners? That makes the sink much harder to clean out.

    It seems to me that when it comes to pricing, the more tenants, (though in the same neighborhood) in a building, the cheaper the rent;🤔 the smaller older buildings that the owners have put in new appliances, fixtures, decor, hardware, wall coverings, and floor coverings, and new window treatments that would make a dwelling more costly than it would without it (in its original condition)🤑; this most likely would increase the rental price💸. Just saying. 🤷

    Those NYC shaftways are so interesting. In Spanish style buildings though, they have interior courts, sometimes not much bigger than that shaftway.
    Haha, I can look out a window in one part of my apartment to see a window of another part of my apartment.
    The "penthouse" is probably same price as 1st floor cuz they got a rooftop.
    Sheesh! That 3rd apartment - who wants to be crammed in a tiny apartment with that many bedrooms/other people. I once loved with 3 roommates, and it seemed like a lot, but we lived in a giant house, and it was fine. Most apartments aren't over 3BR max. Except Europe, like in Spain has flats with more bedrooms like that. When I lived in Barcelona (despite two of the bedrooms being micro), at least the entire apartment itself was a decent size: full kitchen, patio thing with laundry with the light court in the center, full dining room, decent living room, balcony to the street.
    That last place was sick

    This was an excellent video. Every time I see you walk out on a roof and I see the door shut, I always wonder if you are going to get locked out. The very first video of yours I saw that happened. You were showing with one of your trainees (??) and with one of the twins. As the door shut you shouted to your employee to stop the door; a little late. You had to wait until a different trainee could come get the three of you.
    That video was what made me a subscriber. Later people started sending you and your daughter gifts. By the way it has been awhile since you last opened any.

    90% of all refrigerators are reversible, as long as there isn’t water or ice in the door they can usually be reversed. Turning the wrong way into the right way is Renter gold!

    Hi Cash and to your friend that is another nice illegal apartment in NYC. I like the spiral staircase 👍

    The only thing wrong with the last unit was that it didn't have in-unit laundry. There were some really good apartments this time!
    I always know things are going to get good when Charles Munroe shows up. Love that guy!

    Generally, I look at these apartments (in my 2,000 sq/ft home on 1 acre with a pool) and think "they're paying $5,000 per month for THAT?" But that last one, less than $4,000 with a doorman and that view and think "that's what living in New York is supposed to look like". Even that studio for $2,700 with the roof deck seems pretty sweet.

    1st apartment was the best. Little roof deck, in home laundry, perfect for 2 people.

    Third apartment: Cross contamination (refridgerator and washer/dryer units right next to each other. Eww...) 🤢🤮😷

    Cash, this was a superb video. Your energy was outstanding. I heard about the 70K apartments coming to NY. You should combine your efforts with the two other gentleman ( you leading them-of course) set a strategy- go to Mr Levine and promote yourself into a bigger future. The opening audio was a real attention grabber. Great apartment selections- Keep Going- you are a winner. 408k OY Vey! 😳
