During the 80's there was an electronics store called "Crazy Eddie's" in the Northeast US. He reminds me of the TV spokesman in the commercials ("Crazy Eddie's prices are innnnsaaaaane!"). You can still see his commercials on TH-cam.
looks good, may have to buy this, But the terrain/scenery looks a little lacklustre,I was expecting the ol'faithful cardboard and plastic from the first version.
MMOJunkie , valid point, I don't mind the terrain doors and walls for the 125 dollar box price... I spent another 70 on some sweet mdf terrain, that's like a cardboard/plywood, got a huge scene with 4 towers 2 stories tall and bridges
In the original game you had a huge central platform and 2-3 smaller pieces, not to forget the walkways you could attach, you had so much variety and freedom to design your battlefield, it looked and felt great to play on,now....well not too keen on the "board" layouts, it almost seems like it's spacehulk, I bet you could get the original version for cheaper ,lol
MMOJunkie well the story behind the board is supposed to be the board game is tunnels and halls underground, and the 3d terrain book is when your gang fights on the surface... your making valid points, but it's not a deal breaker for me, and yeah u can buy original necromunda terrain for maybe 30 bucks on ebay, the original game in plastic is about 250 tho... I'm very happy with mdf terrain, as zach galifinakis once said "you should Google it, it's worth a google" lol... I sure as hell am not buying 1 plastic tower with no floor space for 100 or whatever GW charges
What size are the miniatures? I know there was some speculation that they were closer to 32mm (malafaux, warmahordes-sized) than 28mm (Warhammer 40k-ish), thought I would ask to confirm and see if I should write off using them as 30k militia or 40k chaos. cultists?
You still measure movement in inches, the squares are purely cosmetic, also you could buy GW terrain for 350 fucking dollars... or spend 40 bucks on beautiful MDF terrain... this necromunda is perfect, 125 bucks and it allows me to buy terrain separately for 40... for 165 bucks I now have a set up that makes the original necromunda look like a cheap kids game
I don't like MDF terrain. For £100 you can get a lot of okay MDF or you can get some great GW terrain. I'd rather have less. GW terrain is the best. A full Necromunda board out of GW terrain is more like £500, though... that's a lot of money. Personally, I'm going to use a Shattered title (£35) and some other GW terrain to make my board. £100!
This. Looks like another boring skirmish game. On the flip side I hope a lot of people will buy this boring game so that GW can invest more money into making new Primarch models or changing old finecast sculps into new plastic equivalents.
Seems extremely gimmicky. Where's the 3d board of yesteryear? Who the hell wants to play on tiles? If you want a 'gang' based game, that is absolutely bad ass, play INFINITY!!!!
"Who would want to play on tiles?", you ask? I dunno, perhaps people who just want a pick up and play approach to a specialist game without the time consuming requirement of setting up the board first?
You still measure movement in inches, the squares are purely cosmetic, also you can buy GW terrain for 350 fucking dollars... infinity is so boring I don't think I've ever finished a batrep on ashs channel... if you were really a fan of ash ud know to spend 40 bucks on beautiful MDF terrain... this necromunda is perfect, 125 bucks and it allows me to buy terrain separately for 40... for 165 bucks I now have a set up that makes the original necromunda look like a cheap kids game
That’s how you do a board game unboxing, quick and too the point. But more detail on the miniatures.
Detroit the board game
Dave=The world´s best used car salesman.

Í actually watched his commerials on TH-cam about a month ago. And the similarities between him and Dave is uncanny. Could Eddie be Dave´s father?
The first 30 seconds of this video has been me since this was announced.
All Dave! All the time! Love this guy's energy. I feel the same way for Necromunda. Thanks Dave for making my day even if it's four years later :)
Does anyone remember the old Crazy Eddie commercials??? I just had a whiff of nostalgia for some reason.
Eddie is Dave´s father.
Your rock! best unboxing video ever! ahahah always fun!
I love that you didn't edit out the loot/ammo cache mistake.
I want some of whatever Dave is smoking
Crack and paprika?
Plastic
I dunno, Dave seems like he's not all that bothered about Necromunda..
Ross Patrick ..... best thing about heroquest is ..........

Dave went absolutely mental here)
Your intro woke my baby, thanks.
Dave must be fun to see on Christmas morning when being filmed. :)
At the start I thought that Dave will bite the box open.
Erwin Doppler me too
Best unboxing video I've ever seen!
this with the supplement for 3D play and the wh40k scenery is going to be awesome.
did I just watch it commercial?
Excellent unboxing, edited and straight to the point and gives enough flavour of what the boxset includes. Cheers miniwargamer Dave :)
Was hoping you showed the built models, like you used to for 40k.

The epic ever unboxing! Nice reaction dude!
:D
Avengers assemble! .. No! I mean Necromunda assemble! Assemble everything! Paint it! Show it! Hype it! Play it! Doooo eeet!
I can't wait to see those painted!

leman Russ , no its set in a church in texas
leman Russ necromunda is probably run by democrats
Now that's a high energy review!!
You guys are awesome !!!
Best unboxing ever
just ordered mine never played it heared about it but I'm looking forward to it
Is there any rules for the models to be played in 8th ed 40k yet, or in the box?
I pre ordered it today ! its a must for me
Dave's energy is amazing!
can you start in warhammer 40k with *JUST* this box?
awesome Dave ;)
Necromunda roxx
Necromunda DID rock, back in the 90's. This is just another GW tile game remade with a couple different rules.
Dave your box openings are wonderful.
Step 1 after opening is always smell the plastic
I might buy this just to use the board as a poor man's Zone Mortalis.
I think Dave came
OCD appeased.

Good video informative to the point and funny.
Who watches an unboxing video and then dislikes it? If you don't wanna see the thing unboxed then just piss off lmao.
Cool
Cocaine's a helluva drug.
Woot!!
Best. Unboxing. Ever.
i like my board games to not require me fucking about with sprews so this is a pass for me
Ahahaha best intro ever😂😂😂
Oh... my god...
Dave seems so unenthusiastic about this.
I know your excited but it came off a little fake.... Just saying.
Unboxing video: 9.8 / 10
Necromunda: 3/10
Hope for MWG future: Do not bother covering much Necromunda.
Have fun out there!

Skywatcher Adept nothing more boring than your comment
And your comment doesn't make the game any more exciting. Dave is the only thing worth watching in this video.
More unnecessary Dave shouting please 😄
Seems extremely gimmicky.
