    Learn to use the core muscles when throwing the disc.
    Lots of times i think people just walk up and throw there disc without really thinking about it. You just throw it. But there is one thing that is very important to help increase your throwing power and that is tightening up your core muscles before you throw the disc. By tightening up your core it will lock in all your muscles. This will give you more power on your throw because you are using all of your body to throw the disc.

    Is it ever not windy there?

      Aloha Khufuhk, Unfortunately it's always windy. We are the windiest island. We Are One of the top 5 places in the world for wind surfing. Yes it does get tiring to always play in the wind. But sometimes the wind does slow down on Monday through Friday only. Wind starts back up on weekend. lol. Aloha Michael
