- This is for the second time to race here(last time is Augst 6th 2010).I used "TRD 5speed cross transmission and 5.375 final gear" last time.But I felt the gear ratio of "route6 cross transmission and 4.1 final gear" would be better for this course.So this time I used "ROUTE6 cross transmission" but.........

Awesome driving, Very fun to watch mistakes being made and being able to laugh about it. It's about fun after all ^-^. Gives me inspiration to drive my 86 once I have it set up correctly. Stock suspension gives me really bad front end grip.

1st 3.587
2nd 2.567
3rd 1.853
4th 1.390
5th 1.000
then, stock 4th gear ratio is 1.000. that's why route6 5th(1.000) gotta be where stock 4th(1.000) was.And when I was younger I shift into 1st gear instead of 3rd from 4th... then my moter blew up.so I never use 3rd gear from 4th now.

@runningfree86 adjusting it can make the car behave more differently than you think. it looks like you still have near stock camber in rear, if you add more negative camber to rear, the back will come out much farther and easier to shift weight. more negative camber in front, this makes more understeer. also, i put your transmission gear ratio into rfactor on an ae86, lots of clutch kick with 180ps engine. -2.6 camber in rear helps keep rpm up because of less traction. love your 86 though!(^_^)b
@ThEtEcHnOsAm Oops! I do not know about my car so much... maybe weight is around 900kg, weight balance:I don't know. About 180-190ps?? I hope, Front 7kg/cm2 Rear 6kg/cm2 springs , "Largus" stabilizer bar for rear, I don't know the rate though. I have never measured and cared the camber! 195-50R15 for front 195-55R15 for rear.

Stock AE86 weighs 950kgs. Well, since this guy is using it to race, it'll probably weigh less, as he also mentioned. The weight distribution (stock specs as well) are 53% Front & 47% rear

Dude you intiate at stupidly high speed, hit 5th instead of 2nd and manage to keep the drift going on inertia and still grab the right gear and carry on. That might be a mistake but drifting through without straightening that is super skilled stuff!! Love the vids keep it up awesome to watch. Props from NZ.

Would you happen to know the overall weight of the car? Also the weight balance would be good to know as well, do you know how much ps or hp you are getting? And do you know the rates and stuff of the suspension and anti-roll bars? Or camber? Oh and tyre width and size would be good to know too, things like that?

all amateur means is that your not yet sponsored or driving professionally for someone. you could be as good as keiichi tsuchiya at drifting, but if people havent found you yet, and you dont drift as your profession, then your known as being an amateur :)
