Beautiful project. What kind of surface did the suitcase have? Why was the sealant necessary if you put on three coats of decoupage? TFS
Probably because Mod podge is not water proof. The acrylic spay is waterproof.

hi that,look great, I was thinking of doing this,with clock napkins with half clocks on them would it look ok?
