Dio is an iconic and good villain but he is not a great villain. Kira yoshikage is definitely the best villain in jojo's followed by funny valentine. Other great villains are bondrewd, makishima shogo and fyodor dostoevsky.
Kira is definitely one of the best villains in JoJo no doubt, but you'd say hes better than Dio?
@@Akumalair I liked dio too before watching DIU but then I saw kira and he had a greater impact on me than dio.
Pucci is honestly underrated, I‘d say he‘s even better than Kira
