Hi, Dan. I saw them on playback, but I missed them when flying the drone. I miss so much of the excitement when concentrating on what's dead ahead. Can't look away for a moment sometimes. 😊
Deer stood watching you at 8.49, had a 12 mile bike ride to a wood to fly my Neo today and it turned out to be a web of twigs wish there were some better woods close by. Anyway another great video and some great flying hope 2025 is a better year for you.
Love the video! Bought one on Boxing Day and have had it out in the back garden a few times and so far love it. Definitely going to take it out in the nearby woods once the strong scottish winds where I am calms down a bit,
I’m a ‘landowner’ and I’ve got four very small woodland areas in which I would have no problem with you flying in but the biggest hurdle for you is that I’m in South Essex! I often see wildlife when I’m doing exactly what you’re doing! Never a wallaby though!
Hi, Luke. Thanks for watching, and it's a very kind gesture to let others walk and fly a drone on your land. Some land owners can get very uptight. I've found all kinds of rubbish left behind by folks who just don't care, so I understand that some land owners have an issue. Essex has some nice forested areas!!
Beautiful flight in a beautiful environment (I love the English countryside!). I had never used the drone at low altitude, and in this way. Watching your videos I was infected by the virus and I bought a small DJI Neo. I live in Trentino (northern Italy), very close to the Dolomites... P.S. I also admire your subtle humor, the story of Lord Crap killed me! 🙂
Hi, Roberto. This was a lovely place to visit with my drone. The Neo is a fantastic little drone, you can have confidence when flying it, knowing that if it comes down, it will be okay. Thanks for watching, and enjoy your drone flying. It's a great way to see the countryside from a different angle. 😊 Glad you find my humour funny. 😅
Hi i also metal detect and have a really nice permission . I asked the owner if i could try my new Neo out as she has some lovely trees and a small forest along the edge of it . She replied and was so excited she wanted me to share the footage with her i was taken back just go to show that some owners are very happy about Drone flying and detecting . 👍 love the vids and keep talking about how you use the drone set up really interesting to us newbies .
i enjoyed that flight,on its way back to you in your first flight something ran up the footpath a hare i suspect.yesterday i did 30min flight on the coast where i live took only 0ne battery and forgot to press the record button i was gutted when i got home.thanks for the views mate.
Thanks for watching. have the mini 3 and the Neo. Both are excellent drones. I use the Neo way more than the mini 3. The mini 3 pro has the action track which is really useful. 😊
The foggy mist gave the footage a lovely earthy feel to the video. Although our woods and forests are smaller I do think the beauty of the English countryside is superior. I would love to visit the pacific west in America such as Oregon and Washington as I’ve already seen a bit of California
Hi. This was a really lovely place to visit. It's actually a very large wood (in British terms), but access to it is tricky. It's not all common land, so I'll need to research this place out to see where I can go. 😊 Thanks for watching.
Got the neo today. Unfortunately, it doesn't connect. The drone dose but saying something about cheak connection. What Iphone do u have if u don't mind me asking?
@DrKerr.. My brother had the same problem with his. My iPhone is about 5 years old. It works just fine. Does your phone download and run the DJI fly app, okay?
@DrKerr.. To get the best experience, I would fly with an RC controller. You can fly it without the controller, but you can only get around 50 mtrs with your phone. You may be able to fly it with your Minin3 controller. I'd try that to see if it works.
That's a good thing to do. I don't blame you. There's a small group of ppl who fly recklessly, which makes it bad on the rest of us. It only takes one idiot to mess things up. 😮
Hi Andy, thank you for another very relaxing and enjoyable 4K video. Saw a deer at about 8:50 in the video. Cheers!

wonderful drone!

Hi, John. Yes I saw them. How ever did I miss them when I was flying? It must have been the fogged up drone lens.
Thanks for the update.

@brianmcghee9313 It's a great little drone. It's the best one I've ever owned.

Hi, Mark. I'm glad you are enjoying the videos. It's a great way to see the woods from a different perspective. 😊
Happy flying.
the light fog added a new touch of class lol
Hi, Janet. It was just lovely to be out here. 😊

I've done that many times! You think you're recording only to find out that you weren't. That is bloody annoying! 😢
Don't forget there is one other wild creature in the woods. The Wild Bagpus
@WiltshireMan Hahaha. Very good bruv. MEOOOWW..
Great footage, as always. Update I flew my dji 3 mini tonight and went all smoothly. My neo arrives tomorrow.
Thanks for watching. have the mini 3 and the Neo. Both are excellent drones. I use the Neo way more than the mini 3. The mini 3 pro has the action track which is really useful. 😊
@MadDogsandEnglishman My dji neo should be arriving today. I believe the dji air 3 has action track.
Good video dad x

Deer @8:48
Lovely content. Do you foresee any moisture issues with flying in such conditions?
@@wiiver Hi. I don't think so. They are quite well protected against the weather.
you had a deer on there in your first flight.
Lovely, weren't they! 😊
Perfectly legal to walk on a bridleway but horses are not allowed on a footpath…
Thanks, Luke. I thought as much. Thanks for that info. It will be useful for the future.😊
do you still need to do the test and ID for the neo? even if your using it without a remote just phone?

@DrKerr.. My brother had the same problem with his. My iPhone is about 5 years old. It works just fine.

@MadDogsandEnglishman yeah I have my dji mini 3 but that came with the remote.
@DrKerr.. Did you buy the Neo fly more package? Has it got a remote with it?
@MadDogsandEnglishman No because I was told that u can fly without remote. Would u recommend flying it with a remote?
@DrKerr.. To get the best experience, I would fly with an RC controller. You can fly it without the controller, but you can only get around 50 mtrs with your phone. You may be able to fly it with your Minin3 controller. I'd try that to see if it works.
drone flying is getting a bit of an issue among a lot of people now so i always take my pilot licence with me case im approached by johnny law.
