Well, of course, when I went to look for instructions on using Iron-tone, Laura has a video! She's the reason I bought it! :)

I'm confused when to use Holly tone, acidifier and iron tone. Isn't Holly tone already acidifying?

You're saying it's a slower feed, while the bag sitting next to you has "Fast Acting" printed on it.

Good question... If she waters with tap water, she may have to.

Please make a video on leaves yellowing on roses specifically. I have DA boscobels and a few others. I planted roses this spring and have a lot of yellowing leaves (growing bottom up) pH is 7-8 I just want them to be healthy!

I don't understand, I planted the baby citrus fruit trees using a store bought bagged planting soil mix for citrus and after 5 months the leaves have turned yellow.

To get blue hydrangeas pH needs to be around 4.5 which is so acid, it kills plants in the diffuse radius of distribution after watering, even if acid-loving like blueberries. If hydrangeas are pink, the soil is still roughly neutral around pH7. Purple to Violet is pH 5 to 6, so if you wanted blue, you still have a ways to go in pH reduction, and you'll have to watch your other plants in the same location for pH burning. Also, pH isn't about chemicals as much as biolife of the soil utilizing it and making it available to roots. Biolife takes longer to acclimate for changes to occur in the plant, and if too much, biolife is exterminated altogether with scorched earth. Recommended dose is just a step in that process of changing pH gradually, so pH amendment should be additive to biolife, rather than a dump.

Can I put iron tone on an actively blooming plant? I’m saved of stopping the blooms!

Hi Thank you for your informative video. Around how many weeks does it take to start seeing green leaves? How often should these products be applied to the soil? My soil PH level is close to 8 and my citrus tree is struggling to produce new leaves and the ones that do come forth are similar to the ones in your video. Thank you again!

But how do you apply the Iron-tone when there is landscape fabric in place? For many years, we've dealt with termites and it's costly, so this year we decided to splurge for some great landscape fabric as well as some rubber mulch. I can't sprinkle the Iron-tone around my Gardenias though. Can Iron-tone be combined with water to simply spray all over my plants instead?

I have wet clay soil where I planted some River Birch. They are not looking well... stunted growth this spring and last year, yellowing new leaves. Looks like chlorosis bases on your videos. Took a pH reading and I'm at 7.5. ... SO! I plan to do JUST what you did- Iron Tone and Soil Acidifier. Do you think there is an issue with adding a quick acting water soluble AND the two Espoma products? The first to act immediately, and the others to last long? Thanks!
