Its a Jun Watanabe food vlog Well the first sip of the soup will tell thats its gonna be a successful one! Even the tamago and the char shiu was great.. but the noodles i think needs a little improvement but overall a very good one! Congratulations Jun! Another successful resto review!
hahahhaahah but still enjoyable for me hahah I would honestly say, 50% of chance im happy, but 50% very disappointed when first bite lol im trying to tell bad about restaurant, but sometimes can't hahaha lol
@@watanabejun aaah. so that place you saw where they were making noodles with machines (iirc), that doesn't count as handmade even if it's in small batches only for their use?
hahahhaha same here lol well, according to google, "In China, char siu is made by roasting pork, but in Japan, “char siu” has become synonymous with “braised pork,” and it is often prepared by simmering rather than roasting. Strictly speaking, however, char siu is traditionally made by roasting rather than simmering. While char siu is a dish that originated in China, Chinese-style char siu is characterized by a sweet flavor and lean meat. On the other hand, Japanese char siu is prepared by roasting the pork and seasoning it with sauce." hahahhaha Thanks for the comment I learned : )
well in many menus in Japanese restos i see it written as chasu. doesn't that make it Japanese (adapted fr Chinese char siu like Pinoy siomai probably isn't exactly like the original Chinese dumpling)?
Wow how disappointing! You didn’t like the noodle. Jun please don’t be offended if I tell you that I think you’ll get more views if you speak English. You do know that you speak it very well.
Why this b*ch offended? Just shows how sorry, petty of a person you are. Sana pinahid ka na lang 😂. Sorry Jun for this behavior, more power to your reviews!
