They say third times a charm, I'm officially a Real Estate Broker🎉🎉. for all my repeat test takers don't give up and don't be discouraged.
What are some of the steps that you noticed took that studying into a more productive process?
I failed both on the first time! Passed both on the second try 🎉!!!!! Woot woot!! I’m so proud of myself! Good luck everyone…
Guess what? the first time I took the test it had more math and vocabulary terms
Second time I believe they were just testing on best judgment according to real estate laws
Was the math hard because I suck at math lord knows
I got prepagent with my Aceable online course (which has a lot of jokes and puns a fun tone to the classes not boring like others). Also had access quizzes and digital flashcards and other study guide help as well as all the PREPagent stuff, if anyone is looking for both together.
Obviously Real estate exam has been a pain in my ass, but that won't bother me any longer I have gotten my license already thanks to you Mr Dylan God bless you more cuz you made it possible for me
I always believed Real estate is not for all but studying you need God's grace to pass
I studied for months and couldn't pass, I guess passing is a blessing
I failed 3times,I lost money to reviews and scams that never helped but the major thing is that I’ve never lost hope
I’m sorry for your plight my friend but I was in your shoes before I was recommended to Prof Dylan and that’s how I passed my real estate exam
Passing the real estate exam is very difficult for me, this is the third time of me taking the exam.
You have to study very hard to pass.
I think they’re too many people in this field now, making the entire process of passing the exam a lot more difficult in the recent time
I passed mine after subscribing to the questions and answers that Mrs Amanda provided me with
Took over 10 practice exams got over 85% on all of them, was very confident taking this exam and i just failed both parts lol. Most of the things I learned aren't even on the exam
all I did was. I simply subscribed Amanda’s questions and answers and paid $1000. I studied them for just 5 days and I was chocked to see everything she provided me on the day of my exam. I passed
@@Jhappiness586 I only studied a lot when i went for the first time last year but the second time was so easy, all thanks to my aunt who introduced me to Amanda really grateful

Hi Girl! Question. What were the steps you took to get "A sworn statement by the broker with whom the applicant desires to be affiliated certifying that, in the broker's opinion, the applicant is honest and trustworthy and that the broker will actively supervise and train the applicant during the period the license remains in effect. (Included in the license application)" -- Is this new?

I am just getting started here in Ga with Kaplan online course and as you said the course is very boring but I am going to make it happen. Can you tell me where did you get your booklets please?
I got the books from Kaplan!! I got them in a package with the courses

Compared to the Kaplan end of course exam, was it pretty similar? Or you you think prep agent was more accurate to what’s on the actual exam?

@@itslashanti real estate math is hard if you don’t know what you’re doing. I suggest looking up videos on TH-cam to teach you the real estate math. My test maybe had 2-3 math questions
